“A Journey Of A Thousand Miles Starts With A Single Step”

Single step

Every BIG goal can seem overwhelming, but we just need to take it step at a time. Taking the first step is a big achievement, and if you can take one single step, then you can take another and another.  

If you are overweight and feeling overwhelmed with the journey that lies ahead of you, then just focus on taking that step.

Making that first step could be:

  • Placing your first order and joining our Secret Slimmers group.
  • Doing ONE day on TFR. (Total Food Replacement)
  • Replacing one or two meals a day with a meal replacement to ease yourself into TFR.

What is your first step? What can you do to move yourself just a little bit closer to your goal of losing weight and getting into ketosis?

Pick a simple goal, and just do it. Focus on doing that one simple step.  

When you take one step, then you can focus on the next, but don’t forget to take a moment to recognise your progress.

This happens all the time. Someone loses 1 stone, and then all they do is feel overwhelmed with the thought that they have another 3 stone to go. All they can see is the 3 stone ahead of them. Make sure that you don’t fall into this trap. Take your weight loss journey one step at a time. Celebrate every pound lost, feel proud of every day you filled with willpower and determination. Just enjoy the moment, and focus on the next step, the next day, the next hour.

Starting a total food replacement diet takes determination and involves a detox which does hurt! But you have to take strength that you will get through it, and you will be better off by doing it. Losing weight, being slim and healthy is something you need to do. What is the alternative to not losing weight??

Single step

So take the next step with courage and determination. Focus on that one step, and take each day as it comes. Every night make sure you recognise your progress, feel proud and wake up feeling more determined to take the next step.

Focusing on a day at a time builds your self esteem, self discipline, confidence, willpower, and self belief. With every step you take, your momentum will build, and soon you will feel like it is a breeze!

Yes you will get hard days, everyone does, that is called LIFE. And on those days you need to go back to basics and focus on that one step.

There is only ONE PERSON who can move you forward and that is YOU.
