Create your spring vision

Can you see yourself this spring? What is important to you? Where do you want to be? What do you want to be wearing? How do you want to be feeling? Who do you want to be with? Create your vision of something that is really special to you; a vision that gives you that little butterfly feeling of excitement in your tummy. Everyone’s vision will be unique to them. Get clear on your vision. If you can create a vision board and look at everyday this will help you to stay focused on your goal.

Don’t feel like you have left it too late

The weather has been pretty rubbish recently, with talk of more snow on the way. While this can be discouraging, the trick is to flip it on its head and look at the positive. This crappy weather gives you more time to get to where you want to be. Mini treats along the way can really help you to enjoy the process. You don’t have to spend money; long baths are lovely, light some candles, lots of pampering, watch your favourite movie, write in a journal. Just find the time to focus on you today.
