The Draw
We are on week 3 of the Countdown to Christmas Cracker Challenge, Β and just over half way through, we have 234 people and we have lost an amazing 60 stone!! We have had an amazing week with so many big things happening, we are over the moon to announce this weeks winner.
Christmas Toy Appeal:
Woohoo we are into the third week of the challenge and we have three weeks worth of toys in the pipeline. We are currently getting the toys brought over for the week so make sure you keep an eye on the blogs and Secret Slimmers to make sure you don’t miss the next update π
Today’s Task:
As has been the case for the last two Fridays I want to use today for you to plan your weekend to ensure Success. Planning your weekend will ensure that you utilise your time to maximum effect, keep you focused and avoid situations where you may be most likely to give in to temptation.

Its my daughters 13th birthday this weekend so I am spending it painting her bedroom- I will put on some music loud get cleaning and painting and hopefully loose a few pounds in the process!! Sunday I will have a little party for her but no naughty bites for me- sparkling water and a bar for definite- roll on weigh in on Monday!!:)
On Sunday I am going to a Bear Fair at the National Motorcycle Museum :). Meeting up with friends there :). So I shall be taking water and a couple of bars to see me through,
Tomorrow I need a plan, haven’t got one yet. Need to distract myself cos I’ve been having cravings for the last few days. At least, with nothing else in the house, I can only eat wafers so hopefully whilst not good not doing too much damage!
my plan for this weekend is to have my products all ready in sandwich bags for each day so i dont have to even consider what im going to have. need to think about food as little as possible to try and avoid blipping.

After spending almost a week in bed with the flu, I am hoping to be back on tract and my incentitve for this weekend is seeing the one and only Peter Cox (go west). Front row seats no less so need to look my best…and slim on sunday night!

Having friends over on Saturday night for a meal ( chicken curry noodles for me ) going to stick to the plan. Of course it is another rugby weekend praying we ( Ireland ) win. To round off the day we have MOTD

We’ll the weekend I will be driving my sons around for their various clubs and activities they go to. Apart from that nothing else really exciting going on for me this weekend π

My plan for the weekend is to have 2 lie ins, have my first shakes at midday then shopping on Saturday, ikea on Sunday then put together the wardrobe we are buying!! Should keep me busy π It’s Friday nights that are hard for me as it’s takeaway night so will have a hot meal and a warm shake while everyone is eating….must keep thinking of my journal and being able to tick off today as 100%!!
Well, I’m working all day on Saturday , so will plan my ny meals around this. On Sunday , will be at rugby with my son all morning , and planning a long walk on the beach in the afternoon …. So hope to continue on task π
Tomorrow I am helping out with the setting up for The Auction of Promises at my daughters school and then attending the event in the evening ( will be working though as a FOES parent- friend of the school!) Is a fantastic event and raises oodles of money for the school π
Sunday will be a fun day with my daughter, ooh and a party afternoon for her and swimming.
This should all keep me out of trouble I think π xxx
I have 2 parties and a birthday dinner to negotiate but have loads of ice lollies made from the pink lemonade water flavouring mixed with fizzy water and relying on very very hot soups throughout Saturday to avoid the nibbles! Sunday I am making christmas cards with my 5 year-old to keep busy (can’t blip if covered in glue and glitter!) then will have a ‘3 Course Meal’ of vegetable soup (so tasty), cottage pie (very filling) and a muesli bar (delish!) at the birthday dinner. Fail to plan, plan to fail? – definitely hoping to avoid having that happen to me this weekend! x x

This weekend I shall be busy as usual. I plan to fit in 30 mins on the exercise bike first thing before I have to tackle the washing mountain and usual housework, run the kids round to their various clubs, friends and parties. Then in the evening I plan to retreat to the bathroom, lock the door and have a long hot saok in the bath all to myself, with no interuptions!!! π
This weekend im going to just chill out me and my son. Take it easy have fun, watch a few dvds because will be busy next few weeks getting ready for xmass and shopping for new clothes. New you profucts all ready for relaxing weekend.
This weekend my main plan is to rink water! The last week I did not drink any :-(, we’ll not very much, my schedule and running around just couldn’t work with the regular toilet breaks. So glass up, cheers
