What are your 3 Level Goals?
I am sure you are wondering what the heck 3 level goals are…. well let me explain.
When you set any type of goal, whether that is a weight loss goal or any other type of goal, it is a great idea to set 3 levels. This means that you will not feel like a failure if you do not hit you BIG WOOHOO GOAL – and helps you to feel that your goals are both achievable and exciting!
What are the 3 levels?
So what I want you to do now is post your 3 level goals for EASTER. (That is 6th April – approx 3 months!)
How much weight do you want to lose in time for Easter and what would your 3 levels be?
For example, mine are:
- Minimum! – 2.5 stone
- Happy!! – 3.5 stone
- Woohooo!!!!!! – 4.5 stone
