The decision to undergo a weight loss journey is never an easy one. THE FOOD

Unlike most diet plans we created a menu of tasty, easy to prepare meals with a variety of choice for each meal group throughout the day. We offer all time favourites like maple syrup pancakes, pasta carbonara and even chocolate brownie. A diet should not exclude taste, it should embrace it and in a result makes the task in hand an easier one. All our meals are low in calorie, high in flavour and take minutes to prepare. The New You plan keeps everyday life as normal as possible by allowing 4 meals a days (including shakes) and 2-3 snacks per week. Each combination of 4 meals has been specially evaluated to not exceed the 600 calorie a day limit and to provide 100% of your RDA Vitamins and Minerals. With categories including shakes, soups, bars and pasta, the New You plan makes it easy for you to pick your meals without sacrificing your favourites.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our specially created 600 calorie daily meals allow your body to go into a state of Ketosis after it adapts to the plan. This is when your body goes into Ketogenic state and uses fat as your energy primary resource instead of food. This means you will lose weight quicker and have more energy. Complete win win! our plan can be carried out anywhere between 1 – 12 weeks until your goal is reached. If you wanted to continue to lose a further amount after this time then you can take a 2 week break and then continue, this is so your body can have a rest and to make sure you are getting the most of the plan when you are on it.
