The 3 Keys To Your Weight Loss Success ???

I’m 2 weeks into plan and already I am wearing clothes that were too small for me 2 weeks ago!

I bought this Lady & The Tramp Sweater in size small in Disneyland Paris at New Year, and I was able to wear it for the first this week! Yaaay!

I am sure you are like me, and have some clothes you really love hanging in your wardrobe that you cannot wear because they are just “a wee bit too small!”

There is nothing more frustrating! BUT the good news is it is SO ACHIEVABLE for you to be wearing a size smaller relatively quickly, especially if you can focus on your diet plan and not cheat!

Today I want to share with you the 3 keys for success on the plan so that you can be 100% and get the results you deserve and wear the lovely clothes in your wardrobe that are 1 size too small in time for Spring!

After all Spring is almost here! It’s time to get our skates on and get the weight off!

The 3 keys to success on the plan, Just so happens To also be the secret to happiness in life!??


?Key Number One

✅ POSITIVE MINDSET ?

What you think about, you become…

– The first step is to become aware of your thinking…

– What you think about creates your life, your health, your relationships, EVERYTHING.

– To start thinking positive about your weight loss journey and your health, you need to create a mental vision in your mind of what your life will be like when you achieve your healthy target.

– You need to be able to picture yourself at your healthy goal, living life the way you want to be living it.

– Answer these questions in detail and you will start to paint a picture in your mind that excites you!

  1. What will it mean to you be slim, healthy and fit?
  2. Who will benefit from your weight loss & healthy example?
  3. How will you feel about yourself for achieving your goal?
  4. What will you be able to do that you don’t do now?
  5. Where will you be able to go?
  6. How will your next holiday be better?
  7. What situations will you be more confident in?
  8. What opportunities will you have because you are confident?
  9. When can you be at your goal?  How many weeks? Months?
  10. Who will be proud of you for achieving this?
  11. Who do you want to prove wrong?

Write it all down

 Get Really Clear On Your WHY

– Your WHY is your fuel, when you read your WHY you should get a feeling of excitement and anticipation.

– If you do not get that feeling, keep doing deeper, don’t be afraid to Dream Big! Do not limit yourself and what is possible for you! You can achieve your dreams if you follow the 3 Keys!

Read YOUR WHY first thing every morning, and last thing every night.  

– It is really important to keep focused on WHY you are doing this.

– During the day anytime you find you are losing motivation, or feeling stressed and wanting to comfort eat.

– Bring your focus back immediately to your WHY.  Have a note on your phone, and read it when you are tempted to cheat.

Make YOU important.

– Be mentally committed to your transformation and the sacrifice you need to make to achieve it.

It is better to make sacrifices now, to be able to step into who you want to be, than to continue to suffer forever, because you are not who you want to be.

– Losing weight is hard, but taking control is empowering.

– Being uncomfortable with yourself and staying stuck,
is really demoralising.

Don’t feel sorry for yourself.

YOU CAN DO THIS!

– When thoughts come into your head that make you feel deprived, immediately pivot them into a positive…

  • This is worth it,
  • I am are worth it,
  • I can do this,
  • I am staying strong.

– Focus on ONE DAY at a time, go to bed every night FEELING PROUD, wake up every morning FEELING DETERMINED.

✅ POSITIVE ACTION ✔

– When you are congruent you are in flow and everything just is easier!

– Think of it this way… You are sending out strong signals about what you want…. So you are going to attract those things into your life.

– But if you signals are all mixed up. I want to be slim. No I want cake. I want to drop a size this month. But then say yes to going out for drinks with your friends next weekend. Or you want to get   fit but you just lie on the sofa every night.

– Mixed signals will keep you STUCK.

– Get clear on what you want.

– Then only think, speak and act in ways to move closer to it.

And watch the magic happen!
