Welcome to the last installment of Tools, Tips and Tricks. There have been so many great idea’s many of which I have our very own Secret Slimmers for. So here we go here are the last set of Tools, Tips and Tricks to help you Kick Ass on our VLCD

Tools:

Your weekly planner is one of the tools you should always keep close to hand!:

The second Tool that I want to share with you today is a gem I found in the archives that was designed by Julie Ann to help you with tips on how to build healthy habits that will help you to maintain your weight loss after total food replacement.

 Tips:

Julie Ann also contributes to this one (thanks Julz), with summer coming up many of you are either starting the plan for the first time or you are building up for a come back to nail the last part of your journey. There are many tools that you can help to get you back into this such as the 7 Day Kick Start plan, but I also found this from Julie Ann which is all about getting into ketosis and just nailing the first day. Tricks:

Today’s trick is so simple it does not feel like I need to put it up here but it is something that had caught me out once or twice when I was on the diet and that is water. ‘The truth is, most people confuse thirst and hunger, often mistaking the former for the latter. Clinical studies have shown that 37% of people mistake hunger for thirst because the thirst mechanism is so weak’ ~ Kelly Welsh, Renal Dietician. If I am honest with myself on the tough days I was not hitting my target for water. A glass of water with your product or shortly after will make such a difference in seeing you through to your next product and by linking the two you are never going to forget. You will always remember the one or the other.

Create this habit and you will not be sorry!

      my trick for water as you know is 2 2 litre bottles, i always fill there before bed and they are ready for next day i also carry a litre bottle everywhere i go it never leaves my side EVER i also have a glass of water handy whilst cooking dinner for teens plus a large glass of new you flavouring with each meal before the day is out you realise hell i reached water target and blitzed it i hope this helps anyone struggling with water x

      I have always struggled with drinking water so I understand how difficult it can be . My tip is to get a water filter and refill 5 X 750 bottles of water each evening or first thing in the morning . Sip them slowly throughout the day and as Pauline says before you know it the 4 litres will be done 🙂 Important too when starting the plan to just take one day at a time especially the first week and go onto Secret Slimmers for support its been a life line x

      i fill 500ml *2 every night before bed then have sip in bed then rest when get up, its always beside me,i go for 2mile walk with out water and then i sip sip my way through,
      i have small portions and dont over do myself,
      if the scales dont move which mine are at stand still go by ur cloths guys, i have lost 2stone 6lbs i was 17.5 before plan it can be done dont give up we can do it :]
      when cooking just stir and u can do it with haven something off ur product, it will get easy guys, im so happy to be where i am today no more looking back aftr wedding im given socks to kick into the 10stone 5lbs mark ill then have 7stone gone

      Tks Grant . Reading this while having my brekkie .. Choc shake with crispy bits. .
      I always make sure I enjoy each pack by taking time out . Not rushing them or cooking other dinners etc while having them .xx .
