Ellie’s VLCD Blog – Week 16!



Welcome to my Week 16 weigh in,

WOW I really cannot believe that I have been on plan for 16 weeks. That is like 3 months and I am almost 3 stone down!!!! It is just tooooo exciting to put into words. The Transformation I have made to my mind and my body in such a short space of time is unbelievable. The time has really flew in, as you can see from the video I had two pound down. 8 brackets is well underway!!! WOOHOO!!!!  This week I have noticed my body shape changing AGAIN… My jeans are getting really loose and my body is starting to take shape even more!! Honestly I feel brilliant 🙂

Thankfully I have been able to stick to the plan 100%  with 4 litres of water per day, maybe an extra product when I am finding some gym days tough. I am really loving the gym I actually feel guilty when I take a day or two off during the week. Each time I go to the gym I feel myself getting that little bit stronger and doing that little bit more. When I look back to almost 3 months ago when I started my performance and ability has just grew and grew.

My BMI is shooting right down and I am well into the healthy section. Such a big change from 16 weeks ag0 :). Within these 16 weeks my life as a whole has completely turned round into a routine I never thought I could have and if I am being totally honest I have never felt happier or more comfortable withing myself.

I think the difference is crazy!!! 11stone 10 to 8stone 13!! woohoo 🙂
