Ellie’s VLCD Blog – 6 Week Review

 



I have been on plan for 6 weeks ….. VANISHED 20LB and I feel absolutely FANTASTIC!!! 🙂

Looking back to 6 weeks ago I can honestly say I am now a completely different person…. Not only 20bs lights …. I feel so good and  I am now going to the gym 4-5 times a week, 6 weeks ago the gym would have crossed my mind and I probably would have laughed in your face and went straight to the fridge. Now I feel guilty for having 1-2 days break a week… getting slightly addicted… but I love it. My body is starting to take shape now and toning up which is an extra bonus. My skin is nice and clear and overall I am waking up with a smile and enjoying my life and my New You Journey.

As you can see in the table below I started New You 6 weeks ago weighing 11stone 10pounds and I am now 10stone 4pounds…. WOW 20lbs have gone and my BMI is getting closer and closer to the healthy section. I started off with a BMI of 29.9 which was highly overweight and now my BMI reads 26.3 which us just a small stone throw away to my healthy BMI

Below I am going to post some before photos that were taken back on the 6th of January when I first started my New You Journey and some photos that I got taken today. I am wearing the same clothes so I can make a better difference. Looking at the pictures I can see a big difference, maybe would have liked a little more but it definitely makes me smile knowing I have made such a change in my life 🙂

So that’s me 6 weeks into my journey 🙂 Woohoo! Ideally I would like to get down to 9 stone dead with a BMI of 23…. so that means the rest of my New You Journey I have 18 more pounds to lose….. BRING IT ON!!!!!!!
