Teams Tip Tuesday on – Tips on How to plan ahead!

Planning ahead is one of the most vital things you can do on The New You Plan. Having a well thought out plan will help you reach your ultimate goal that bit quicker! Planning your days around the diet and your lifestyle helps with the sudden urges to blip. You will always be that one step ahead of yourself and able to deal with any obstacle you may come across.
For instance every day you should have all your meals planned out and ready, maybe even an extra product or bar in your bag incase you may be out that little bit longer than expected. Your water intake with the diet is extremely important so maybe having your fridge stocked up or even water flavourings at the ready to make sure you get your recommended 3/4 litres a day.  On the diet people always struggle going to social events we have such a great range of products to choose from, if you were going to the cinema make sure you have some bars/puffs at hand or even some sparkling water to make it that little bit more of a treat. Having ideas like this will really go along way on your New You Journey and we want you all to do the best you can to STICK to it and remain DEDICATED to yourself and your ultimate goal.

I fill 10x 500ml bottles of water every night before bed, and chill them in the fridge, so I have plenty to drink each day.
I keep bars, and snacks in the car, and at my mams house, so I don’t get caught short if I’m delayed out and about.
The rest of my planning is really keeping organised in my home so I don’t get stressed…. I do make the packed lunches the night before, I always leave out the clothes for the kids the night before
I wash clothes every day, Hoover everyday, and wash dishes as they are being used.

I’m a bit (probably more then a bit) OCD…. I hate dust, dirt, or a messy home, so for me to stay stress free, I keep onto of the chores, and they no longer feel like chores…… When I am stressed out…. I clean!

I have a family planner in the kitchen, and each family members Activites, and appointments are listed on there, and I refresh it and update it every month….

I plan the meals I’m cooking for the family, so I’m not tempted to get them a take away, wish would be too hard for me and I find planning to eat my hot meal when they are eating their dinner, means I feel like I’m joining in, and not left out

I have a nice little routine going, which is working well for me…. I still have stressful situations, but I’m able to handle them, and move on from them, a lot quicker then I use too…. And I find planning and keeping to my routine is the key to my success so far x

Before I go….. Congratulations to this weeks winner, I can’t believer the challenge is almost over…. Thank you for my bundles they have really kept me going, when I was running low on products, I can’t wait to see the photos of every bodies transformations next week x

I always get ready the night before, I get my 2 litre and 1 litre bottles of water ready as I always carry these to work. i get all my packs ready and usually an extra bar in case I get cought out. at. I have a product before work and then other packs at regular breaks I have at work. On weekends I have different packs than I have during a week as I like the change. on weekends if I’m not working I plan all my meals and the times I’m going to have them. If I go out anywhere I always have at least 2 packs either me, usually a bar and nuts. I also plan my exercise sessions on Sunday for the week. I make lists of what I have to do usually on weekly basis and stick to them . XXXX

Hi everybody one huge thing is to clear the diary for a couple of weeks so u can give this your best shot, I found that once I had to take a break for family occasions that I could not get out of made for a very difficult task of getting back into the zone so to speak..
I always have lots of bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge, and I always keep a pack or 2 of the puffs and a few bars in my handbag in case I get caught out longer than I should be, this means that I have no excuse to blip..
I also added chilli flakes and black pepper to my soups and extra water so it seemed like I was having a double portion for lunch this worked a treat on cold days.
My biggest tip is to plan ahead and if at all possible do not let yourself run out of products, it’s all to easy to fall into the oh I left it to late to order trap and coming off the plan for even a day or two also shakes us out of the zone and confuses the body making it difficult to go back 100 percent..
Make sure your mind is in the right frame to do this diet and the body will follow, you have to want to lose the weight more than u want to eat , easier said than done I know but once you are in the right frame of mind and watch the pounds melt away it is very easy to stick to..
Most of all enjoy the journey, relax, pamper yourself and give yourself small treats ( non food ) along the way, set yourself mini goals in my experience this works better.
Take every day as it comes and say to yourself on a daily basis “I Can Do This” …
And if I stopped my journey every time I fell off the wagon I would still be 3 stone heavier, dust yourself off and continue on, no matter how long the journey takes u will still get to your destination in the end, it’s not a race… Xx

      Hi All
I have a shaker in my car and one at work. I have my blender at home so i m covered. always keep two shakes and a bar in my bag so i m prepared at all times.
I have a chocolate milkshake mix and put in to ice lolly makers so i can have a icecream when tge sun comes out 🙂
I tend to have a shake before i cook the dinner for the kids so i m not tempted to pick or eat any becsuse not hungry 🙂
I fill my 1 litre bottle up everytime i have a meal to make sure i m drinking 3 litre a day
If i get tempted of blipping. I take a bath or ho do laundry go for walk just to chznge my mind set (must say i m very clean lately) hope these help

I have all of my products sorted into days so that all I have to do each day is grab that days worth of products then im not messing about getting all confused.
I also have a tuppa wear box of ice in the freezer along with the freezer trays socked so that i constantly have ice ready when I need it.
Finally I have my water intake planned each day… 1 ltr between 9am and 12noon, ltr 2 between 12 and 2 and the final ltr between 2 and 5:30… then once im home i just drink when i feel like it.
