Day 12 New You Plan Weight Loss Challenge
Hi all my lovely May Weight Loss Challengers – I hope your weekend has got off to a lovely start.
The sun is shining where I am today, and I really want to get out and enjoy the day with Isabella! So I am going to go for a big walk, going to aim for 3 miles. That will be the longest walk I have done from before I got pregnant! I need to up my exercise if I am going to be able to enjoy walking around Disneyland! lol
So today I am not going to make a video!
Today I hope that you will CATCH UP with the previous videos and then go and enjoy your weekend, go window shopping, do the garden, declutter a room, do the wardrobe task from Day 7, go to the park and read a magazine, catch up with a friend or family member over a cup of black coffee and a new you diet meal bar, go to the swimming pool, go for a walk, go to the gym, just get up and do something that will make you feel better by the end of the day!
If you can’t get out of the house, then you can double check you have done all the daily tasks so far in the challenge, and if you have missed any then you can catch up with them.

As you can see we have covered so many crucial concepts already in the May weight loss challenge, so please take today as an opportunity to catch up on any tasks you have not completed so far. You will be investing your time and energy into YOURSELF, and into MAINTAINING your new slim figure. Every task here is so impactful when carried out, please do not underestimate the power of completing these exercises, as they could mean the difference between your success and failure. The more you work on your mindset and self belief the better chances you have of not only getting slim but staying slim. That is my dream for everyone who is taking part in this challenge.
If you have been following the tasks every day CONGRATULATIONS, you are probably in the top 2% of people, and you really are the road to a NEW YOU. I hope you will do something today that will empower you and have a great day.
