      I’m going to switch to positive affirmations in my life, my style is going to change from panic buying to loving shopping as the pounds fall off and my environment is going to change from clutter to clear so that’s it’s easier to move forward when the old patterns and clothes are no longer visible!

      I have to buy smaller size clothes especially t-shirts, I’m still wearing the men’s ones even though I’m sure I can find something in the women’s section now. And I need jeans.
      I want to get some kids pictures put up, the living room wall is empty. And I have to declutter – it’s depressing how much I have collected. I’ve made a start but it’s overwhelming and I keep thinking I might need/wear something.
      I need to look after my body so just getting regular mani/pedicures would be a bonus. My hair has thinned so much I hate so I’m hoping a friend can just cut it off soon.

      Already started! Wardrobe cleaned out and sorted – clothes that are too big gone, clothes “to slim into” now at the front of the wardrobe instead of the back! Clearer environment = clearer mind! Next on the list is re decorating the house, one room at and time and now that I have the energy to consider it! Paint already bought and starting this weekend! Aim by the end of Bank Holiday Monday to have both my son’s rooms completed! Then me… already feeling better and taking more care in my appearance, painting nails etc, hair cut and colour booked for two weeks time… !

      i am enjoying buying new clothes in smaller sizes and variety of shapes though I need to go through my wardrobe and get rid of all the older bigger sized clothes.
      I am also (finally) growing my nails so I am going to treat myself to a manicure.
      I would love to have the landscaping and painting completed in my back garden so I can enjoy it more in the evenings when the kids are asleep so I’m going to make a start on that this weekend.

      I’m now 4 and a half stone lighter and the makeover process has begun. I’ve had my hair chopped into a short sexy bob to compliment my new face shape, I’m making more of an effort to do light make up and straighten my hair every day as it makes me feel wonderful. I’ve started buying clothes that are more figure hugging instead of baggy to show off my curves and new waist. My home is being pampered with cute nik naks and candles and photos of us all. I’m applying everything I’ve learnt on my new you journey into my every day schedule like meditation and exercise to ensure I keep my new body tip top and not pile it all back on xx

      Take each day as it comes and live in that moment…….. taking baby steps in the right direction…. enjoying how far I have come and remembering how I feel now….. happy and content…. It’s all about the little things ….candles…nice pretty things in my home and quality family time for me. X

      In progress!! My wardrobe is cleaned out.. Have loads of clothes from my skinny days but my amazing mom, boyfriend and best friend have given me vouchers to go get some new bits and pieces 😍 Have a hair and nail and make up apt for next week for my first night out in 7 weeks 😍😍 so excited! I love getting dressed up and going places now that my clothes actually fit nicely and I feel so much more confident! Count feel like this without the new you, thanks guys!!!xxxx

      A makeover for me would be internal as need to love myself as not doing that. Always forgetting/passing myself over. Need to change how I see myself (which is hard) as old habits are hard to leave behind. On day 4 so promised myself a new hair do after the 6 weeks & hopefully some new clothes😊. But until then going to smile more & love myself a lot moreπŸ’–

      I am clearing out sections of my life bit by bit. I first cleared out videos DVDs and CDs that where cluttering up my house and my life and really stressing me out. Wow so different, so started on my clothes and won’t put weight on so they had to go. My biggest thing was making sure I had a routine for showering, hair done and make up and tbh now feel great. It’s the new you plan that’s given me, me back.

      I will make an effort to look my best every day! Life is just better with nice clothes, nice hair and a bit of makeup. πŸ™‚ And as for my home.. my new home is so much more organized and that makes me totally zen, so I will keep up with that at all times.. xx

      I’m going to try and make over my mind and thinking! I have to truly believe in myself. I need a massive clothes and things de clutter in my home, huge spring clean!

      I’m struggling so bad but I haven’t changes my daily routine.. I haven’t allowed any time for exercise. So even though I’m down a stone I’m still down in the dumps..😭

      I’m going to stop my mind from getting the better of me. Say no to all foods that are not new you. I’m going to surround myself with positivity and stop putting myself down. Set realistic mini goals and reward myself with pampering

      I am going to throw out all my fat clothes! All baggy and dark colours and replace with sexy bright clothes…. Can’t waitπŸ˜ƒ And when I get to 2 stone I am going to have a tattoo😊

      My start to my new me began when I committed myself to the new you programme I arranged my wardrobes took out all the frumpy clothes bought a few new things in smaller sizes, I also began exercising for the first time in my life…. I had a mini make over with a different hairstyles and colour I’m so focused on myself for the first time in my life so thank you new you your a truly making me new again……..

      Am sooo much more interested in myself now. Want to apply make up more carefully and professionally looking, rather than slapping on in 5 mins, always the same way with old products. Also planning nice things to wear rather than wearing the same old jeans n jumpers, really experimenting with totally different styles. Saving for an epic tattoo, or even more than one!!!

      Ive already had a make up lesson a short hair cut and a bright new coloyr to reflect my new found confidence. Ive still a way to go in my journey but have more planned. Im working on my new fit body, decluttering my home, clearing out my wardrobes and shopping in shops i could never go in before. Im helping my children to be positive about their daily challenges and we are planning to move bedrooms and redecorate the house. Its all going on. I am also planning to go back to university in September, something ive been wanting to do for more than 10 years, whoop whoop xx
