i started on the 16th january 2014, ive lost to date 4 stone its taking me longer to get back to plan after loosing that 4 stone and getting back from refeed but with only one stone to go I’m going to do this !!! its taken me 4 months to loose 4 stone, and i’ve shocked myself how much well power, and determination I had through out, though also the new you plan i have found the most easiest plan to follow , with the most support possible on the secret slimmers.

I started in January and I’ve lost 3 stone so far. I’ve had a few breaks but I’m back on it big time. I lost 11 pounds last week on my first week back. I’m in ketosis and I’m buzzing with how great it feels to be back on the weight loss wagon.

I lost 28lbs in 10 weeks on the New You plan the first time round. Have lost a further 10lbs this last 2 months as have had a few blips along the way. It definitely works if you are 100% x

I started New you on the 10 th of July 2013, I did 4 months of TFR and lost 4 stone. Then went back on it in January and lost another 7 lbs . Then, 2 weeks ago I ordered the 21 day challenge bundle and so far have lost another 7 lbs. So , altogether I have lost 5 stone and between now and the anniversary of my start date, I expect to lose another 7 or 8. So that it, best of luck to the newbies 🙂

I started the NW Plan on January 7th 2014 and weighed 18stone 10 pounds, and was a size 24/26.
In March I had to come off the plan for 5 weeks as I had a minor operation , so had to maintain & eat healthy.
I went back on the plan in April, and to date I have lost 4 stone 5 pounds. I now weight 14 stone 5 pounds, and I am a size 16 top half and 18 bottom half.
My goal is to be 11 stone and a size 14.
My incentive is to have an operation to have my hip replaced, also my son is getting married in September . 🙂
So here’s to the next few months, and to success !!

It’s my NY anniversary on the 6th June I lost 7sts in 6 months…maintained well, then went a bit beserk over the last month and put some weight back on. Day 4 today and determined to shift another couple of stones. As Julz quite eloquently said in her blog…it is EASY….IF we stick 100% to the plan…..best of luck to everyone…here’s to a slimmer healthier you in the summer..:)

Started similar plan at 21st 3lb last year lost 3 stone in 9 weeks but put half back on been half hearted following new you and have put on and lost. Properly focused and started to change my life once and for all on Monday 26th may with a weight of 19st 9lb first week weigh in was loss of 13lbs so now 18st 10lb doing great and loving to fully on plan now till weekend of 19th July for my holiday then will b straight back on! I have even posted a before pic for the I’m in challenge to show how well I’m doing and can’t wait to post my I did it one!! I will b a size 12 before Xmas!

Ok so a bit of a golden oldie here as I started last year… However I will share my loss with you as hopefully this will encourage anyone new to the plan.
I lost 7 stone in just over 7 months on the plan. I completed my journey in Feb 2014 just in time for Valentines Day. Now that I am refeeding and learning to eat sensibly again I admit that at times yes I am naughty and get carried away. Old habits die hard as they say. However, long gone are the days of the size 22s, the 20s, 18s, 16s & 14s. I am now a very comfortable size 10/12 and have been so since the start of the year. This will be my first Summer in NEW THIN BODY and its all down to the New You Plan. At times when I perhaps feel my clothes clinging to me or buttons pulling and I get that ‘fat feeling’ then I simply do TFR for a week as I KNOW THE PLAN WORKS and I know it won’t be long until I’m content again.
For anyone who is interested in my weekly losses, there is a screenshot of my weekly losses taken from my weighloss tracker which was a great motivational tool for me.

Hi julz good to have you back with us.
I first started new you in 2012 to lose the extra weight I had gained following the birth of my youngest. My weight then crept up again as our bad habits started back. So started back in Jan 2014 but between then and April as I lost a stone and then put it back on with blipping I realised I needed to change my whole relationship with food and my health. I stopped smoking and realised I can’t do healthy eating part time I was doing myself more harm than good! so April 24th I have been back on and yes still Blipped but am managing to control my habits now and more so this month. To date I have lost 34lbs. I have another 3 to go but aiming for 2 and see how I feel 🙂

Morning guys sorry comments a wee bit late. I have lost 46lbs since March. I’ve had a few ups and downs but this is day four of 100% and my bum is firmly glued to the wagon. I’m on a mission lol 🙂 xxx

I’ve lost 21lbs since I started, it should be a lot more, but I’ve blipped a lot, despite my weekend lack of will power, i’m pleased i’m 21 lbs down, and not at my starting weight or higher!!
