Tuesday:

Week1bigTuesday was my weekly task that I have set for you to help keep you on plan and focused to give you the best chance of getting into ketosis. Julie Ann also kindly agreed to me being able to give away an amazing bundle worth £99.52 as a prize to one luck person. Wednesday:

LisaBigThe blog on Wednesday was dedicated to Lisa who is the person who supports our Facebook page. She is an enthusiastic person who we take great pride in calling a friend and a college. There is an exclusive video in this blog where Lisa talks about her experince with the diet and the company. As someone who has done the ketosis diet before she is a true inspiration. Thursday:

thought01Thursday was Thought for Thursday and I was determined to share a tip that would help in the mindset of anyone who was trying to get into ketosis and stay there as this is the most challenging time in the diet. The principal that I try to push home here for starting a ketosis diet is one that is based on many interviews and my own personal experience.

The principal is the mindset of tackling set backs. For most people who are unable to succeed on such a diet it is down to letting small things set them back. Click here to read the blog and the comments of some of the people on the blog who are on track

Friday:

Keeping in mind that the first week of our plan is all about getting into ketosis it is a good idea to get your first order right.
