Welcome to the penultimate Prize Draw!
This week has been an epic and somewhat emotional week for me as this marks the start of the final chapter in my year at The New You Plan with only one more week to go! On the upside Santa has arrived and there are awesome new prezzies adorning the front wall of New You HQ and this has filled all of us with such a great sense of achievement. Our latest update of the leaderboard has also provided us with a great sense of pride as we had more than 250 people in the challenge and we have smashed our way past 86 stones!!!
Thank you all so much for taking part in this challenge and making it one of the most successful ones yet! Speaking of success check out the pics of the mountain of toys that has grown since the start of the challenge.

I am putting up Christmas decorations this weekend and visiting my hubby in hospital- not forgetting to take plenty of water and take a shake and a bar with me!!!

Tree is up and the house looks like a bomb site!! So my weekend will be spent cleaning the house and writing Christmas cards.I might take a “wee” break on Sunday. :)xx

I am out for dinner tonight but will only have a main and just have plain chicken and veg so should be ok. I have 4lbs to lose to reach my Christmas goal so will not be chucking all my hard work away for 1night out!! I can’t wait to reach my mini goal as I’ll be in the next stone bracket and less than a stone from my final goal!! The rest of the weekend will be spent cleaning and making the house look Christmassy. 🙂 x

Hectic weekend ahead, sadly 2 funerals, a Santa visit and shopping and cleaning and the decorations, need I go on? At least I don’t have to think about food as I have my four a day planned until I start refeed on Wed for a Sat night Christmas party night in Dublin.

I am working again overtime find it just helps to keep me in routine with shakes bar and water staying away from any nights out with temptation all around focus focus focus x

Well, weigh in tomorrow and then last week of the Christmas Challenge, that is incentive in itself. Swimming Saturday and then off to Cinderella Panto with my 6 year old- very exciting. Sunday trip out to pick tree, meet father christmas then its decorate the house time so it looks festive!! 🙂 100 % focused. xxxx

Too bloody much!!! My poor wee cat needs to go to vet first thing in morning then I’m away visiting then have to run my other half to his Xmas night out and then on Sunday I may have to force myself to go to the Sligo Xmas markets lol I’ll have no time for eating at all lol

I am going to visit friends this weekend so have ordered bars and snacks so that if I am out i don’t blip, will be re-feeding in a weeks time so want to make this one a good one x

Sunday, I will attend mass and then a Zumba party at half three. I will be 100% on the plan. I owe my self that much.
