The New You Plan Summary Saturday Week 5
Saturday Week 5
Final installment of Summary Saturday in the countdown to Christmas Cracker Challenge
The home stretch brings mixed emotions for me as I am really excited to see how this plays out, but I am going to miss the daily updates from people who have shared their journeys with me in this challenge! This aside I am thrilled to write this final installment of Summary Saturday as this has been such an Epic week! It all started off on Monday with Laura-Jean’s interview…
As I wrote in my initial blog Laura-Jean is such an inspirational person. In her story she spoke about her 4 stone weight Loss and the path she has taken to stay on track with this weight loss several months later. In the interview the reasons we love her shine through in what could only be described as a very warm an intimate reveal of her journey. For those of you who have not listened to this yet please head over to the blog and show your support for this awesome lady. Click here to jump the interview
Team Tips Tuesday was all about setting small goals and rewarding yourself as a tactic to smashing through milestones on your way to success. With so much feedback this took off really well and I am grateful for the input and value that everyone added to the the topic. Click here to see what happened!
WOW Wednesday did not disappoint with so many people sharing their off scale success. I for one got a great buzz out of the day with so many people hitting targets and getting unexpected boosts. If you are at the start of your New You Journey I can highly recommend heading over to this blog and feeding of the vibes of those who took part. Click here to read their comments.
Thought for Thursday was all about anticipating the types of problems that are somewhat predictable, and building this into a type of thought process that allows for good forward planning. There were some really great idea’s that shot up on this blog. Many of the problems we encounter on this plan have simple solutions and in some instances are avoidable altogether. Click here to see some forward planning ideas from people who are blitzing this!
High Five Prize Draw Friday – Well done to Tracy Blues who won the Chanel No 5 Perfume & Body Gift Set and thank you to everyone who shared their plans for the weekend. It gave me some awesome plans of my own. If you need idea’s for the weekend click here!
DON’T FORGET TO TAKE PART IN TODAY’S TASK
I hope you have loved every moment of your transformation and indeed this challenge. Although the journey for you is not over, this is the last Summary Saturday. As has always been the case, I am keen for you to tell us which day on the blog was your favorite and why.

I like thought for Thursday as it gives me the chance to look at how I progress towards my long term goal of a healthy BMI. It also reminds me to have plans in place in case the unexpected comes up. I find reading other people’s tips is also useful as there are hints/tips that might aid me in my journey too. Happy Saturday everyone!!!!

I really liked thought for Thursday this week. It’s good for me to see how other people overcome obstacles that I may have in the near future and seeing that they can get through them and stay on plan. Especially in the run up to Christmas where I have so many nights out/meet ups with friends planned and I’m finding it hard to stay on track. 🙂 x
Good to hear Clare and the more you stick to this and get the results I know you will get the easier it will become!! Keep it up Clare 🙂
