Ignite Your Weight Loss: Get The New You Routine.
Start this process today, we have all the tools you need to launch yourself into this challenge and drop a jean size. Β Check out our video where Ellie and I discuss all the awesome things we have lined up for you this month.
All that stands between you and your weight loss goal is simple……action. When we repeat the right actions time and time again we create the right routine. The reason why we have such amazing results that people find so easy is because we make The New You Routine so simple and easy. We talk daily routine:
You NY daily routine consists of four of our TFR products and 2-4 liters of waterΒ per day. Β The key is finding the details that make this simple experience even simpler! To give you the best possible chance of success Ellie and I have teamed up to talk about how we have achieved success on the plan. I have written mine up below and catch up with Ellie on the video to Β hear her trade secrets. We also aim to give you the chance to leave your comments in the comments section at the bottom of this email to share your hints with others! π
For me the products were simple, every day I would wake up and have a shake first thing in the morning. When I got to work I would coerce my manager Marc to make a cup of coffee… π This counts towards the water allowance! I would think of the plan as fitting into my day the way conventional eating habits would. I therefore would have had my second New You product at 12 noon and then a snack in the form of a bar in the late afternoon. I would then have my NY meal in the early evening. Β Sticking to this helped me, especially when I was venturing into ketosis.
In relation to my water allowance I used to have a big 2l bottle that I would tackle in the first half of the day – I found that a big bottle motivated me in that it was a more exact way of seeing my overall progress. Some people prefer to use smaller bottles for the sense of achievement they get when they finish each one.

Hiya, Ellie & Grant, my routine is as follows:
When I first get up in the morning I make myself a black coffee and I fill 2 one litre water bottles with flavoured water ready for my day at college, I then make up my porridge which I eat just before leaving, at approx 11am I have a shake o soup whilst my fiends are having something to eat, it means I don’t miss out on socializing with them and it spaces my meals out too, at 3-4 pm I have a bar or shake and then once I get home in the evening I try to have my tfr meal with the family so that I eat with them and still have family time.
During the day I drink my flavoured water and have 3-4 coffee’s a day, this totals approx 4 litres a day.
I try to space my products as once you enter ketosis as you don’t feel hungry you can sometimes forget to eat!

My daily routine is I have a cup of tea 450ml I wake at six with my son, then at nine I’ll have my first shake which is always strawberry 500ml then I’ll drink a litre of water with any flavoring of my choice that takes me up to lunch time when I’ll have a banana shake 500ml (doubled up) and a cup of tea 450ml then during the afternoon I’ll drink another litre bottle of water flavored which takes me up to dinner time where I’ll have a chocolate shake hot 500ml. Before bed I’ll have a 500ml of broth if feeling hungry and I also squeeze in a cup of tea 450ml whilst catching up on my fave programmes !

I sorted my products into freezer bags when I got them , so I have a freezer bag for each day for the next 5 weeks. The dates are on the front and there is 7 of those bags in a bigger bag for each week. Inside is everything I will eat that day. When I wake up, I take out the bag for that day. Then I have a cup of coffee and a muesli bar and a browse through secret slimmers. Then a cup of tea around 11 , then I would have 2 x 500ml bottles of water between then and 1 o clock. At 1 or 2 , I have a veg soup with tumeric and chilli powder and lots of Tea π then I drink another 2 bottles of water over the course of the afternoon . After I collect the boys from school I usually have my main meal pack around 5 just while I’m waiting for their meal to cook. I drink a few more bottles of water after that and about 8 pm I have a meal bar, usually hazelnut chocolate. Then more water bottles if I can and tea. As I finish my 500 ml bottles, I fill them again from the tap and put in the fridge so that they are chilled, I have around 12 bottles filled in the fridge at any given time and take one when I want it, in rotation. On a sat night, I have a snack also and on a Thursday night after Zumba, I sometimes have an extra product. That’s me. That’s my routine π

As soon as I wake up I leave my I litre bottle out on kitchen table and drink it while getting husband and son off to work between making packed lunches and tidying round Bottle there to remind me so get first litre in and take a sip every time I pass it so I have my first litre done and dusted by 830am it lot easier when in my sight.

Firstly I’ve been sipping on a large bottle of water through the night. When I wake up I usually have two large mugs of mint tea. Come on to the computer…check my New You page lol and other emails etc;, this takes up a good chunk of the morning.I always have a 1 1/2 litre of sparkly water which I sip while checking the computer. I then have my porridge with cinnamon around 10am…., At around 2pm I have my lunch which will be if at home a shake….it out and about usually a bar. I have this with anothern 1 1/2 litre bottle of water if I have sipped sipped sipped the previous one dry. Might have a broth around 4pm. or a cuppa depending how hungry I am.Evening around 6 ish my time I have my 1 1 /2 litre jug of flavoured water and my NY meal.Then before bed around 9pm my time I have a shake…love the choc shake warmed as my supper. Then take another 1 1/2 litres to bed with me. Usually always exceed my 4 litres water. It’s my routine which fits in with my life…the packs vary in flavour, think this is important so we don’t get bored. On a weekend will allow myself a treat Fri, Sat, Sun…in the early days drank LOADS of broth but more in control now.

Love this!! So I wake up at 7am and start the day with a pint of sparkling water. I then have my first meal which is always porridge at 10am, and I eat it slowly and enjoy every mouthful! I have another two glasses of water during this. At 1pm I have a hot meal TFR such as chicken curry soup and then I make sure I finish off my first 2 litre bottle of sparkling water. I carry the bottles around with me as then I know how much I have to go throughout the day. I find the sparkling water particularly good for my skin and it also fills me up more! I then run back and forth to the toilet to pee non stop until my next meal and try to write some of my PhD in the process. I have a bar every day – between 3pm and 4pm and I drink another two litres between then and 7.30pm. I have my final meal at 7Pm and I don’t drink after 7.30 or I pee the night away which is totally out of the question at the moment as our downstairs toilet doesn’t flush anymore! π I have my multivitamins at 7.30pm and silica for my hair and nails and 2 St Johns Wort to help with my mood and keep me smiling! π I then bring my dog Chewy for a walk and when I get back, I play Call of Duty BLOPS II for an hour and then get ready for bed, put QI on and start to snore and dribble. I then do the same thing again the very next day! π

My routine is as follows: normally have kids dressed & fed by 9am. I have a coffee (300ml) while feeding them. Then I have a shake or a carbonara normally round 10am. Another coffee (300ml) round 10.30 or 11am. Lunch at 12.30 normally a chicken or veg soup made up with 400ml of water. Also a coffee (300ml) and a pint of flavoured water (550ml). Drop toddler to playgroup for 1.30pm. Home by 2pm. Pint of flavoured water (550ml) & about 2 cups of coffee in the afternoon (600ml). Dinner at 6pm – normally a hot meal where I can sit at the table with the rest of the family & enjoy. Another pint of water (550ml)- fizzy or flavoured. A coffee to follow (300ml). Kids to bed by 7.30pm. Exercise time – a 30min jog 3 times a week. After jog, I drink another pint of water (550ml) then shower & pyjamas on! Another coffee (300ml) & a tfr bar or a wafer bar while catching up on soaps. Finally a 500ml bottle of fizzy water before bed. Gosh didnt realise how much I was drinking until I actually see it written down in black & white — close to 5l !!

My tips…….
I wake up and have a glass of Luke warm water quickly before I rush out the door!
I chose my 4 products pack my bag and off I go with a litre bottle in toe of water sip and I walk and get the luas its fine by the time I get to work!
I’m hungrier in the evening, and also busy first thing in the morning. So I wait till 12 for my first product as find I’m not hungry, but I do have a nice cup of peppermint tea.
I have decided maximum weightloss to Xmas so doing 3 shakes and 1 bar!
My shakes I make with water flavourings to shake it up a bit
Vanila raspberry crush
Banana mango and passion fruit
Strawberry and raspberry or black current just yum!
I like to have it in a glass (even after I mix it in the beaker) makes it feel more lush!
In work I make two bottles of water one with flavourings and one just water! I have one between 9-12 (challenge myself to be gone by lunch) and then 1-5 has to be gone before I leave work! π so 3ltrs down and often two cups of tea before I head home!
I have my bar as I travel home
When I get in make the family dinner and I sit enjoy a shake! Get the kids to bed and then I enjoy my last π
When I was having soups and hot meals I would add chilli flakes and mixed herbs etc make it have a little kick!
I also sit down – find a quite place and eat slowly, enjoy the shake or the bar or meal and make it last! Feels like I really get a good feed that way!!!
I have my two cups of tea with my skimmed milk which I really enjoy so I allow myself that!
And for bad days I have my snack box sitting up high!
I weigh daily! I record it and I watch my weight slide downwArds towards goal!
I remaine focused no blips! I have my motto as my phone screen save and remind
Myself just how close I am to goal and Xmas!!!
Making a realistic goal is also important you need to feel like you can get it!

Up at 6.15 for a pint of water
Shower, dressed and ready for work
Kids ready for school
Commute to work
Coffee at work – morning break is half a wafer bar
Teach until lunch
Lunch is spaghetti cooked in the microwave
Snack in the after noon the other half of the wafer bar
Teach until the end of the day
Do some marking/planning for next day
Leave work at 5.30 pick up kids get home to cook tea
BOOM! This point is where I trip up all the time. I never actually realised this property until analysing my day.
I will change my routine by cooking my meal first or having a shake BEFORE I cook the family tea!!

My day starts around 7. I get little lady number 1 up and have a coffee while making her breakfast & school lunch, she leave around 8 and then it’s lady number 2’s turn. Hubby & lady 2 head to work and school and myself and lady 3 sit down for breakfast. I then have a meal around 12, a soup or a shake around 3 and dinner with the family at 6. In between I drink gallons of water. Something I have never had a problem with. I love the water flavors for when I’m craving something sweet. I always order 2 snacks for the week and I have them on a Friday & Saturday night when my ladies are all tucked up in bed. I’ve lost 38lb in just 6 weeks. Another 22 to go and for once I’m not phased by the amount of weight I have to loose because I know I have everything with NewYou !

I start my shift at work at 5 so I have a black coffee and then I start my luke warm water about 6 and my first tea break at 8.30 so I take my shake or porridge with a black or tea ,then back to work and in between I keep my 1 litre bottle so that I can sip and like that I reach 2 litres then another break at 12.30 and then a black tea or or coffee with half of a bar or half of a wafer and a mug of warm water .back home at 1 pm them relax and back on sipping water ,browsing new ss page and read about everyone journey ,about their losses and their plans and how gud or bad had they been then I have my hot meal about 4 pm with another cuppa plus flavouring water of my choice ,at 6 pm savoury broth or half or my bar or wafer and again keep up the water intake till 8 and I do come on ss page to leave and read comments from others ladies and gents and last will be my 4 product a soup or a warm shake and sip on my flavoured water til I go to bed and now I have started an hour jumba class on Tuesday and Thursday and 10 mins vibro plate to tone up and that is my almost daily routine and catch up on all my tv programme till I go to bed for another early morning shift.

So routine! Well I have different routines for work days and home days!
Work days. Bottle of water on the way in (I’ve a bit of a commute) then black tea as soon as I get in!
Bar or shake at about 10am with another tea. (Keep a 2ltr bottle of water on my desk so I keep filling my glass). I have a soup or shake at lunch and another shake on the way home. Then a hot meal for dinner. I only discovered the broth when it arrived today and have a feeling that will keep me going through the cold evenings.
Got my months supply today so I have separated the products into days of the week and going to surprise myself every day!!
Oh and Saturdays routine involves half a wafer for Strictly come dancing and half for X factor ha ha!

Well today was my first day so I’m not sure if I have a routine yet.
I tried to stick to breakfast, lunch, dinner and late evening for my products and drank water throughout – which I actually found very easy today!!

I am on day 5 of the plan so still getting into it.
I am trying to have a glass of water when I wake up and then have a shake for breakfast.
I have a bottle of water next to me at the computer to keep sipping.
I have either soup or a shake at lunchtime. I’ve found that I can make the soup with just the kettle at the office which is handy.
Mid afternoon is always the bad time for me so that’s when I have a bar.
More water on the go. I am planning to experiment with the water flavourings when they arrive, due any day now, to help me drink enough.
Then I’ve had either a meal or shake or bar in the evening. Varied because I have been tasting each of the products from my first bundle to decide what to order in the one that’s on its way.
Because it’s the first few days I have also been having a snack a day when hungry though I’m hoping not to need them once ketosis sets in.
I’m sure I will get into a more definite routine over the next few days or so as I adjust to the diet. I will be reading other people’s routines for some tips on what to do and hopefully help me to find a routine that suits me.
I agree Alison routine is something especially here that comes with time – once you plan for it and find it, the results are profound!
I have a pint of water when I get out of bed. 2 X 300mls of black decaf coffee after my shower while I dress and “put on my face”!! π
I measure out 3 litres of water and drink it throughout the day. I put a tick for every pint or cup I drink. Between flavoured water, coffee and herbal teas ( peppermint and cinnamon)I drink between 4.5 and 5.5 litres a day, everyday.
At about 10 am I have my 1st product… whatever takes my fancy …usually a shake or porridge.
I have my 2nd product between 1.30 & 2pm….again whatever I fancy..meal or shake.
I have my 3rd product at about 5.30,meal,and my 4th at 8pm, usually a bar.
On days I’m desperate!!:) I have a snack or half a TFR bar at night.
If I’m meeting friends for coffee in the morning I take a bar or snack with me, instead of having breakfast at home.

Up at 6.30, 1 litre of water gone by 8.00 which means its time for my lovely strawberry shake and a look at the secret skimmers to see how everyone is feeling. Few jobs around the house and another litre of water, and, before I know it, it’s time for a bar. Run around collecting kids and another litre gone. By 4 it’s time for chicken noodle curry add some chille and wash down with a lot of water. Cook dinner for my lovely hubby and kids and later, around 7 ish, I have another shake. Must say the house is sparkling since I started New You……. so much more energy.

I normally wake up around 6am to 7am. First thing is fill my 600ml water bottle get wrapped up put dogs In the car to take to the field. By time I get back fill my bottle back up with water put kettle on for my 500ml cup of coffee. While I am waiting for that to cool down I have already drank my 2nd water bottle. I am also on my laptop catching up on SS posts. Next get ready for work. Have my 1st shake between 8.30am to 9am. While at work keep drinking and filling my water bottle. 2nd shake around 1pm still drinking all the time. 3rd shake around 4pm. Once home around 5pm. My drinking starts to slow down now. Normally I have drank over 4 litres by this time, reason for this is so I don’t have to get up to many times In the night to go to the loo. Again I am on my laptop reading all SS posts to keep me motivated. My last shake is around 7pm. Wednesday and Saturday nights I have a wafer with a black coffee my treats for the week. Sunday morning is a little different as I get weighed and then go to the kitchen, up on the cupboard I put my weight how much I have lost that week and then highlighted in pink my total weight loss so far. Everything is around the new you plan and will be until I am on refeed in 5 weeks time x

loving this task cause I am a devil for routine! If i didn’t have a routine Id go round the bend…
Similar to Amanda, my routine differs at the weekend. So on a normal Monday to Friday, its up early at 7 to get my own 2 kids sorted for school…
I tend to sit and have a pint of warm water ( usually with one of the yum flavorings cause it makes drinking water soooooo much easier), and a mug of coffee,( drop of milk and 2 sweeteners)with them before they head off out…. Then the kids that i mind arrive at 8 and i have my first meal of the day while they have theirs usually about 8.30, and usually a porridge or shake, plus another pint of water…
I sip on pints of water all day, sometimes warm sometimes cold. I keep a jug of water in fridge at all times, ( handy for the shakes too) I tend to count my water in pints rather than liters so always have between 9 and 10 pints in a day! In my head this doesn’t seem as daunting as looking at a 2ltr bottle!
Lunch again is with the kids i mind and that is around 1. most days its a shake. I try to have my 3rd meal when my own two and my husband are having dinner around 5 and this is always a dinner pack, my favorites being the carbonara, curry or spicy spaghetti. This way i never feel like I’m missing out.
The last meal of the day is usually after Ive been to the gym depends on my mood, a bar or shake depending on what i fancy around 8.
At the weekends its all go in our house between training and matches and horse riding, and the obligatory sleep in, so routine sometimes goes out the window. I always stick to the water and do carry a bottle when im out and about and always have a bar in my bar, plus a wafer snack. Very handy in case i call to my mums or sisters and they are all scoffing their treats!!!
Sometimes im so busy that i might not get a chance to eat all 4 products separately so i often double up. As in a double shake or meal. Just so i get my total for the day. Saturday night is treat night with Strictly and X factor so i cuddle up on the sofa with my two girls,( hubbie usually out at work as he works in the entertainment industry) with my diet coke zero and the bbq puffs!! yum yum……..

I start at my at 6am and i will make 2 cups of black coffee together lol with tablet sweetners π i turn on the computer and log into facebook and my emails while i am waking up π
i wake my daughter up at 7.30, as that gives me a full hour and a half to myself, so i can start the day nice and peaceful! lol
i am in work for 9, with a litre of water with me. i have a coffee break at 11.30, and am finished at 1pm.
i have my first shake at 1.30 EVERY day, and another litre of water.i have a coffee again at 3.00pm,my next shake at 5.00pm, meal at 7pm, another litre of water lol i have a wafer bar EVERY nite, and i always have a spare shake every day if i feel i need it at any point π
In june this year i lost 3 stone with the new you plan π Unfortunately because i could not refeed properly, due to doctor changing my medication, i put 2 stone back up π π
so i am in the secret santa challenge WITH BELLS ON!!!!! LOL and i AM going to loose 30 lbs!!! π π

I have a shake for breakfast around 9.30am and try to have at least 500mls of water before I head to work. I have my second shake between 12.30 and 1. If it is not too busy at work and I am feeling hungry, I have another shake or a bar around 4pm. I finish work at 6 then head home and have a meal usually curry noodles or pasta carbonara between 6.30 and 7pm. I also have a 2ltr bottle of water in the fridge at work and try and have that finished by home time. I also ‘treat’ myself to a glass of water with one of the flavorings in the evening and sometimes have a snack wafer at 8pm if I still feel peckish before bed. In total I usually get between 2.5 and 3ltrs of water drank but I am always trying to drink more.

Before i go to bed i fill 2 one litre bottles of water and put into the fridge . I start work at 7.30 so i really dont feel like eating . I have a cofee and drink my water around 10 ish I will take my porridge ,coffee and water. while the patients are having there lunch i sit with them and have a large hot broth . Lunchtime for me is around 1.30 just love getting a hot vanilla cofee and i also fill up my empty bottles . I always keep a bottle of water close by so I make a point everytime I go to walk passed the water I take a drink . 5 ish I have meal and then my favourite part of the day when all is done I get into my pjs and have a cofee with my hazelnut chocolate bar yummm .

Not working at minute so up at 8.15 cup green tea kids to school. home fill 2l water bottle and start sipping . Make porridge keep drinking and maybe another cuppa. Have soup for lunch and try to finish the 2l by 3pm. Collect kids from school fill the 2nd 2l bottle and start drinking. Prepare the family meal and sip water in the meantime. Sit down with family and have warm meal. I usually have a shake or bar at night. I mix vanilla or choc shake with coffee- lush, or my bar but I always try to finish the day with sparkling water- feels like my treat. I always try 100% and only take a treat 2-3 times a week if I feel I need it. Tonight I was hungry so had my first broth rather than a treat. Am hoping to fit in some exercise soon!!

I get up a half hour before I wake my son tell myself you can do this today while I sit and drink a big black cup of tea reading all the posts. Then u wake my son get him yo school, get the house work done then sit and relax and enjoy my yummy shake and a pint of water. i then prepare my sons dinner, collected him and while he eats I have another shake/pint of water and think of how happy hes going to be when I have more energy to do all the fun things il be able to.do with him when I lose the weight
Thats what stops me from picking at his dinner. I sip sip sip away while we do our usual routine. Then bath him put him to bed, then I sit and chill watching the.soaps while eating a pasta carb or snack and think of how good il feel when I wake up the next day getting closer to a happier and healther me.
Tip sat nights on our dvd night I have a big cup of broth, pasta carb and a fizzy water mixed with flavour as a treat really look forward to it. Didnt want to miss out. And I always carry a bar in my bag never no when you get caught out longer on a sat : ). Love this plan.

My day usually starts at 7 am, when I log on to new you and check my emails and tune in to ss group for my daily motivation ! Then I’m up and at it ! Sparkling water in fridge chilling overnight is opened and I’m off ! I love the porridge for breakfast, eaten very slowly and bowl scraped sooo much my children ask if I’m attempting to eat that too !! Then off to work….. I’m a community midwife, so I take my water in bottles with me, and keep sip sip sipping all day. I make a shake for lunch, I just love the vanilla one, and if I’m able I heat it with a spoonful of decaf coffee in to make a yummy latte ! I keep sip ping water all afternoon, and then when I get home, I will either have a meal, or a soup. During the evening, I keep busy as evenings are worse time for me, and I have broth and flavoured water to keep me on track. Finally a hot chocolate shake or another porridge (addicted to porridge ! ) before bed. At weekends I have one snack as we are usually out and about , but I always carry a bar just in case I’m caught out and can’t get to make a lunchtime shake…. So much better to stick with the plan rather than eating something else. That’s me !

My Daily Routine:
My day generally starts with chasing my teenage daughter to get to school , finding her stuff around the house.. (Crazy)
I fill 5 water bottles ready for the day ahead .
I make a NY shake & either drink it whilst browsing at SS . Or I take it with me and run out the door to work .
I generally have a bottle of water on the go most of the time but work is difficult as I cannot bring the water around with me . If I am home I try to go for a walk most days , I try to motivate myself to have a walk , and when I get out I generally feel better. I love photography which helps me appreciate the beautiful countryside when I walk .
I have soup at lunchtime , more water till teatime ,then I have a New You meal like Spicy Spag and a Hot milkshake in the evenings .
If I am feeling cold or struggling with the water, I have hot water with water flavourings to help . I also alternate the food packs so I don’t get fed up , in saying that I never have and its been 23 weeks..
This routine together with staying 100% focused seems to have worked for me . 80lbs lost 15lbs to go … Woohoo ! x

I like to have my shake around 11/30 my soup around 4/5 a meal around 7/8 then when im chilling out at night i have my bar, I really struggled with the water for the first day or two what i found helped me loads is the wee 1 litre bottles, there small enough that i can have one in my bag all the time but the sports cap bottle means you suck like a straw and for some reason it just goes down much quicker, most days Im enjoying 4/5 litres and maybe 3 cups of black tea.I like to socialise and dont want to stop because of my eating plan, when i go to pub i have sparkling water in a glass π
I am hoping to lose 14lbs

I’m a little late putting this up but I had to work late last night and was after 9 when I got home, knackered. I have to be honest and say that I really don’t have a daily routine. It is very dependent on what I am doing on any given day. The plan is very easy to follow and can fit into whatever I am doing.
Working day: 5pm finish I have porridge when I get to work at 7.30 with a cup of black tea and 500mls water.
Lunch is then anywhere between 12-2 depending when you can actually get away to eat. I usually like to have what I consider my main meal, chilli, cottage pie, carbonara etc Again I have a cup of black or green tea and another 500mls water.
Mid afternoon I try to get another cup of tea and another 500mls water.
This usually sees me through until I get home about 6.
I then have a soup and of course more water and finally I have my little treat in the evening with a cuppa.
When I am on a day off, like today I try to stick roughly to the times I am used to eating at in work. However, I try to have shakes and soups when I am at home.
If I am going away for the day I will have porridge before I leave. I will through a soup, bars and snacks in my bag and off I go.
The biggest challenge I found was when I go onto a week long of night shifts. After trial and error I found that the best method for me was to actually turn my whole clock around. I get up at 5pm and have breakfast before I leave for work have dinner and soup throughout the night and I always have a bar before I leave work or even on route home to give me a little pick-me-up for the journey.
Due to the nature of my work I cannot sip water throughout the day so having a 500ml cup allows me to keep track and I know that any chance I get I have to drink a full cup. I have also started to bring a 2 litre bottle of sparkling water with me and I add which ever flavour I fancy. I also keep a packet of puffs/nuts/choco balls and a bar in my bag and car just in case I get stuck anywhere unexpected.
Sorry for the very loooooooong post. I hope this is of use to anyone reading. The plan is easy to follow and very easy to adapt to fit into any daily routine.

I find a routine helps me stick to the New You plan 100% and also stops me getting so hungry that I might blip between products!! On a typical day I get up at 7ish with my 3 kids and have a large cup (500mls) of peppermint tea and start sipping my first litre of water. At 10.30am or thereabouts I have my first shake, usually vanilla with coffee, while baby is napping and toddler is having a snack. I have a 500ml cup of liquorice and peppermint tea at 12.30ish while kids are having lunch, finish off the litre of water, then a shake at 1.30-2pm and start my next litre of water. Between 3pm and 4pm is when I start getting peckish so I have a 500ml cup of broth and keep sipping water. Dinner time is 6pm and while I’m cooking I sip peppermint tea to stop me nibbling and I have a New You meal while everyone is eating. I also make up 500ml of sparkling water with some flavouring to have with my meal. By this time my water intake is done so I ease off with it or I’ll be up all night!!! Finally, I have a bar at 9ish when everyone is in bed and I watch a bit of TV until I go to bed. At weekends I go wild and have a snack with some sparkling water with flavouring in a wine glass or even a coke zero!!! Routine is definitely the key to success on this plan π

Second attempt as my first didn’t post LOL …
So on a work day, the alarm goes off at about 7am and after hitting snooze for as many times as my phone will let me I finally drag myself out of bed an down to the kitchen (avoiding any possible communication along the way – I’m not a morning person as my fiancΓ© will confirm) to get my first coffee hit of the morning, shortly followed by the second cup π
I am then ready to face the world, so off to work I go. As soon as I get into work I fill up my 2 water bottles (750mls each) and I sip on those up until lunch time. At about 10.30 it’s coffee break time and the first shake of the day with another coffee.
At 1.30 I have another shake, with possibly a cup of tea of coffee. I also fill up one of my water bottles to keep me going for the afternoon.
When I get home from work I have my Carbonara (or another hot meal but Carbonara is defo my fave :-)).
I continue to sip on water, normally at this stage of the day it’ll have changed to fizzy or flavored though to help me get in the last couple of litres of the day. I never liked fizzy water until I started on New You but I have now taken to it and prefer it to most fizzy alternatives now and the water flavorings are absolutely gorgeous too.
Then at about 7.30, while watching the soaps (my new guilty pleasure) I will have my Choc Hazelnut Bar, sometimes with a cuppa tea … ooohhhh HEAVEN! π
If I’ve struggled throughout the day or have had a particularly hard day (or even just fancy treating myself) I will have my wafer at about 9.30 and if I tell you that I enjoy it I would be totally understating that π
On a weekend day I try to stick to the times as I find it helps to keep the routing fairly structured so my hungry doesn’t get out of control at any stage throughout the day whether Iβm in work or at home.
The one thing that I will say that I find really helps me is that I have done a little checklist on my phone for my water intake. So every time I finish 500mls I tick it off my list. I find it really encourages me and motivates me to get through the water.
And of course during this time I’ve had countless check-ins to SS page, I think thatβs my new addiction π Love the bones of everyone thatβs on that site. Itβs a true family atmosphere where we all get stuck in and help out anyone who is struggling on any particular day or congratulate anyone that has done particular well.

My routine is getting up in morning checking in with ss’s then get my son organised for school, sit and have my soup with him whilst he eats his breakfast!! Have my 1litre bottle of water beside me at all times and drink away all day refilling as needed!! Have lunch about 12ish, which is usually a bar and then I double up on my portions for dinner about 4-4.30ish and if I need a boost ill have a snack but I don’t eat past 6pm and I try to have all my water drank by 6pm too but defo by 8 at latest!!! And obviously I’m in and out of secret slimmers page all day to give me a boost and so I don’t feel alone and to help anybody if I can xxx

my routine starts before bedtime the night before…i set out my clean glass and my 2 litre bottles of water x2. i have my shelf in the cupboard for my ‘NY’ crockery (anal much? lol) and a shelf for the products too.
so its all washed and dried up for the next days 100% intake π
THEN..in the morning i fill the kettle and boil it up for coffee and pour my first glass of water. i lift out the 4 products that take my fancy for the day – shake, soup, meal and bar for the evening. i usually have my shake around 10am and a coffee. then my soup comes anywhere between 2 and 330pm depending where i am and what i’m doing etc. my meal is usually about 6-7pm and i save my bar for the evening maybe about 8 or 9pm.
during the day i may have a cup of broth or two as its getting chilly and i feel like i’m having something extra too. i add pepper to my broth, soups and meals too for that extra kick and flavour.
oh, and lets not forget on a saturday evening and MAYBE a friday too there’s a little addition to my routine and that comes in the form of
a snack π

I’m on day 6 today but already I have I find I have myself and little routine going. I get up in the morning and get breakfast into the kids breakfast. I make myself a large black coffee for the car and make sure I have my brekki and lunch sachets in the handbag (I keep an “emergency” muesli bar in the bag too!). I drive the kids to school, shouting all the way, that’s me and the kids! Once they are in school I get back in the car and start my hot coffee. They I play my video for the day on my phone and listen to it whilst i’m driving to work. Once in work I file my 1ltr bottle and start drinking. I have a chocolate shake for brekkie around 10. I drink 2 ltrs of water and go out for a walk at lunchtime with my friend. I have my lunch (a hot VLCD meal or soup) at around 2.30. I drink another ltr or 2 of water and have a black coffee around 4 as thats when the temptation sets in for food. I have been really trying, and succeeding, this week in work to keep 2 products for when I get home. I get home about 6, drinking water in the way home, if i have it there with me I find that I will drink it. After I collect the kids and get them home I get food for them. I sit down to a VLCD meal at around 7/8pm and I have a bar and a cuppa tea 9/10pm. I find it great having a bar in the evening as I feel i’m not depriving myself. It’s been working out great for me so far! I had a snack on Saturday night which I really enjoyed, choc wafer.
Keeping busy throughout the day really helps me get my mind off food.
I scrubbed my house last weekend and that really helped. It really really needed it anyway!
That’s me so far anyway. I find the plan great as I wouldn’t have joined up to a plan that just had shakes, I need to chew!

My routine starts at 6.30 when the alarm goes off, I usually then catch up on Secret Slimmers and end up getting up late!
I weigh myself every day and write it onto my wall chart in the bathroom. This works for me, I know for some it can be discouraging but if I’m not engaged with my weight every day then I fool myself into thinking little blips here and there don’t count! Because I do it every day – morning and night – I have a really good understanding of how my body goes up and down on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
I get to work and have my first cup of coffee and a (hot) chocolate shake at around 9ish.
I drink as much as I can in the morning – usually between 3-5 coffees and a litre of water(the new raspberry crush powder really helps with this).
I have my second product sometime between 12 and 1 – usually a soup.
More hot drinks in the afternoon – I usually switch to tea in the afternoon. Around 3pm I have my third product – usually a bar but sometimes a (hot) chocolate or a (hot) hazelnut shake. I try for another litre of water in the afternoon.
I get home sometime between 5 and 6pm usually and then have my final product about an hour later and another litre of water.
I have to say the part of the routine that usually falls down is the water consumption! Next thing to add in to the routine is getting back to the gym….
My day starts at 5,45am , Up & dressed head to work with my large Nespresso coffee to kick start the day.. Start drinking my water and go to the toilet at lease every half hour;) . i have changed things around a bit in last week. I have a broth around 10.30am and finish 3 litres of water by the time i finish work at 1.30pm. I run around usually doing a few bits & pieces bank , shop etc etc then head home. Have my 1st pack around 3pm usually a veg soup which i sit down and relax with for about half hour. Do some housework but every time i pass the office in my hall i come in onto the SS and read some of the posts, this can turn out to be a half hour. I try to fit in my treadmill and then have my 2nd pack around 6 usually a meal then i like to have a decaf coffee with a bar, so i have my 2nd and 3rd packs close together. Before bed i will have my 4th pack ..shake. Sometime i have a relaxing bath then go to bed/ I am usually in bed early so i dont blip. At this stage i have had my 4 litres. sometimes if i have a longing for something nice i will have an ice pop made from the water flavours, its like a little treat.
HI All :). Well I’ve only just got into a routine now as I’m just on day 8 but my routine goes something like this..
In the morning, I make my shake(banana is my favourite) and bring to work with me where I sip it to make it last. I actually find it very filling now that I am ketosis.
I have a cup of coffee mid morning but right throughout the day I am drinking my raspberry flavoured water (I aim for 4L each day). I fill that into 2L bottles and drink it from the bottles.
At lunchtime 1o’clock, I have a cuppa soup… I LOVE the vegetable soup.
If I feel hungry in the afternoon, I’ll make up a cup of broth.
When I get home from work, I have a dinner meal (cottage pie is my favourite).
After that I go off practising my dancing for an hour or more (some eves I go out to class).
Then as a wee treat I have a cup of coffee with a bar as I watch the soaps or surf the net.
I’m pumping the water into me right through the day – I find it useful to have the bottles and then it’s easiest to monitor how you are doing… I must say the frequent trips to the loo are a bit annoying though lol.
I feel happy when I’m in a routine and it keeps me strong and motivated. Now that I am in ketosis ,4 products is sufficient to keep me full but prior to this , I was starving and had to have snacks some days and often went to bed starving. Thank God all that has passed. Happy out so far π
Okay, I am up by 7am. I fill a 750ml water bottle and start sipping. After dropping my daughter at school and walking the dog I have my first shake (normally banana) and start my 2nd 750ml bottle (around 10.30ish) At lunchtime, around 12.30-13.00 I have a bar and start bottle number 3. I then wait till around 5ish to have another shake and start bottle of water number 4. at 8ish I have another shake and have a 500ml bottle of water (3.5 litres is normally my limit) If I am feeling particularly in need, I have a snack product, but only a few times a week.
The water flavourings are a life saver and make drinking so much water more appealing.
I do spend time whenever I can looking at the comments on Secret Slimmers, it helps keep me motivated and focused π
I get up in morning and have a litre of water. First ny product about 11am. 2nd litre gone by 12/1.
Then 2nd prod usually shake about 3pm. Third litre before dinner time. Loving the cottage pie so that’s my dinner while family eat and final litre while watching telly!! And my bar with a decaf coffee about 9ish!!!!

I try to keep things as simple as possible! I have a pack every 4 hours, so porridge at 9am, bar at 1pm, soup at 5pm when i get home and hot chocolate at 9pm in the evening.
I fill up 2 x 2ltr bottles with water every morning and keep them with me and keep sipping throughout the day. Four litres sounds very daunting, thats 8 pints! but most of us are up at least 16 hours a day so thats only 1/2 pint an hour. So doesn’t sound nearly as difficult π
Secret is keeping the water with you, so you don’t forget to drink. I tend to save my water flavourings till the evening as a treat π
Shake for breakfast – I do my exercise for an hour 5 days a week so need to have something to eat to help with the metabolism – then at about 2pm I have my meal – at 5 with a cuppa tea I have a bar and then have my last product after kids go to bed.
I have my 4 products in zip lock bag for the next 21 days and they numbered! Sp every morning I just grab the next number and bring it with me in my handbag all day.
Throughout the day then I drink 3 litres and fill up on peppermint tea and the broth to keep me warm π
