We have just launched our new DVD, and I am delighted as I personally know the difference that some daily movement and exercise – no matter how small – can make to your body and mind.
Stress was a big factor for my weight ballooning so quickly – too many hours at the desk typing away and being tense made me feel and look awful. After starting my TFR VLCD New You journey and losing a little weight, I decided to try yoga for the first time… and it made such a difference to all aspects of my life that I can’t wait for you to try it!
