What is our VLCD Set For Success Sunday all about:

Welcome to set for success Sunday where we set you up for the week. In this blog you will have access to your weekly planer that is going to give you even  more chance at success on our Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD)

The weekly planner which you can download here  is going to help you set goals and plan your week which is vital on a VLCD as a lot of what determines your success is based on forward thinking!

Commit yourself and be accountable:

I want you to post three commitments that you are making to yourself on my wall below that are going to to help you stay on track. These can be things as varied as – preparing your New You Menu a day in advance, Planing personal time or clearing your desk to knock your stress levels down a peg or two.

Put these on the wall to have them set in stone and I will be picking up on these at the start of next week to see how you have been getting on! Good luck and lets make next week one to remember.

      It is feeling great to be 7 days back on plan. Thanks for a brilliant blog Grant, to help me stay 100% and accountable my 3 commitments are:

      1) keep up the fluid intake, warming the water and adding water flavouring if necessary

      2) space out my meals and just don’t forget to eat just because I am not hungry.

      3) set my S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely) goals for the next couple of weeks. It helps me to stay focussed to what I want to achieve.

      week three after break for christmas my commitments are

      1)to stick to plan 100%

      2)make sure i drink plenty of fluids

      3)make sure i have my four packs as sometimes im just not hungry i will have four every day

      My three weekly goals:
      1) go to Auqa Aerobics & swim on the days off. Walk 5km on Saturday and Sunday.

      2) go to class and don’t be tempted to blip so tea tea tea

      3) be happy, enjoy the week by not going out like all my college friends and have clean early nights in with a shower, candles. So overall – work hard, enjoy myself
