Sorry I messed it all up with the change of weight days….chart is showing total of 7 but over the 3 weeks have lost 12 and 1/2 so should be 5 1/2 lbs….I think…NEED to only weigh myself once a week…this is whats messed it all up…but delighted now have 25 off since starting….if I do that every month I will be buzzing lol.
