#MeritIt is so easy to fall into the trap of living in the “gap”. Take time everyday to look at what you have achieved. Yes you might not be where you want to be yet, but you have made progress. Write down what you have achieved and feel proud. Give yourself credit for your achievements. Go to bed every night feeling proud, and wake up every morning feeling determined.

I do now – I never did in the past, I only started doing it when I started Working for The New You Plan and when I started my weight loss journey. I always just said that I could do better, I know it is good to push yourself but it is always better when you take time out to see what you have achieved so far, I also never thought I was good enough for a reward.

I have done it so much with my weight loss journey this year, I am determined for this to be the last time that I diet. I am rewarding myself and taking pride in who I am becoming and what I am achieving!

 

The good thing about you rewarding yourself and noticing your Achievements is that YOU get to choose what YOU want to do!!

You don’t have to spend money to reward yourself, you can take yourself off for a nice drive on your own (I love doing this – singing along to my music) Spend the day reading your favourite book, Writing about yourself and your new goals!! Write down how you feel when you reach your targets!! Or Just go to bed feeling proud and wake up every morning with determination!!

 

This Year I have been treating myself for all my little milestone and they havent just been weight loos related, I am trying to better myself as a person.

I am going away on holidays and I want to feel comfortable when I am there so I have been rewarding myself with some new clothes and things for hols 😀 😀 I also bought myself a Gel Nail kit so I could reward myself with a pamper session every so often.

      1. Losing 1st 8lbs in just under 5 weeks.

      3. Taking my health and fitness seriously instead of saying I’ll start tomorrow again and again and again.
      4. Doing 100k plus steps per work week for the last 3 weeks.
      5. Being able to encourage others in the SS group the way others in the group have inspired and encouraged me.
