Juliet has lost over  3 stone on The New You Plan. This has resulted in Juliet dropping a total of  4 dress sizes. One of the questions that we are asked all the time by people who are new to the diet is, how much weight loss can I expect to see? Juliet lost nearly a stone in her first week and since then she has simply chosen to fit the diet around her life and drop the weight at her own pace.

There was one sole reason  that really pushed Juliet into doing The New You You Plan, this was a particularly hurtful comment from a colleague albeit unintentional that caused this snapping point.

 

 

 

 

The Benefits that Juliet has seen from losing this weight:

The most important benefit for Juliet who avidly loves her fashion, is that she is now able to buy clothing off the shelf since she has waved good bye to the 3 stone. Juliet says that this had an added benefit of really boosting her confidence. Juliet also loves exercising, and now that she has achieved a healthier weight this is something that she feels is just getting easier and easier.

 

 

Juliet is a true inspiration:

There are many people who can just launch into our Total Food Replacement VLCD plan and not look back. It is really important to note that not everyone is like this and Juliet admits that at one point she found it a bit difficult to stay on track, but despite many false starts Juliet has managed to keep coming back and has achieved her targets. She says something that is so important and that is just persevere. Simple words that are so true, just don’t give up! As a result Juliet takes the diet in her stride and keeps it going at her pace

1) The cravings on a VLCD are mostly in your head so dont let it control you, also stay focused and remember why this is what you want.
2) Juliet put a photo on her fridge when she returned from her holiday to serve as a constant reminder of why it was that she was doing the diet.
3) Juliet would drink loads of water, go for walks / chat with friends and sort through her wardrobe when she found it hard to help keep her on track.[/box]

Juliet’s day on Total Food Replacement:

It is really important to note from the interview, that at the time she started our VLCD customers would of had 3 products a day. Her routine is still really important here in that she points out her success lay in holding out a little later in the day to have her products and drinking water earlier in the day. You will need to change things up a little at the start to find out what works for you.

When Juliet follows our plan now she will have her fourth product later in the evening.

How Juliet did her refeed and maintenance:

When a person hits their target weight on a VLCD Total Food Replacement plan, the next step is to introduce conventional foods gradually back into your every day life. When doing refeed Juliet followed our refeed guide down to the letter. This guide is also really useful if you are doing partial meal replacement in which you have 3 of our products a day and healthy meal consisting of a high protein component along with other low GI components.

Fun Fact: 
Juliets favourite product is the Banana shake
Juliets wow moment happens every day based on the compliments of others, seeing the person looking back in the mirror and buying clothes right off the shelf.
