Joy has lost 5 and a half stone with The New You Plan!
Listen to Grant interview Joy about her amazing New You transformation and how she lost 5 and a half stone. Not only has the New You Plan changed how she looks but her whole lifestyle and outlook on life! Joy is such an inspiring Lady who spends endless hours each day on our secret slimmers page motivating and helping our slimmers who are just starting their Journey or maybe even half way there. Joy would share her before and after photos, talk about her feelings and give tips on how to get over the endless hurdles you may face.
Joy started the New You Plan on the 2nd of April 2013 7 months on and Joy is now 5 and a half Stone lighter and has moved from a dress size of 18/20 to a slimming 10 and sometimes an 8….. WOW! Joy started the plan hating herself and her lifestyle and now she is overflowing with OOMPH and confidence. Such a stunningly beautiful woman inside and out! We are all so tremendously proud of her and wish her all the luck in the world maintaining her weight loss of 5 and a half stone and having a fun, exciting and happy life!

Joy says to help one other person would mean the world to her and I am more than certain she has met that quota plus 100 more on top of it! An exceptionally beautiful woman who we have all grew to know and admire over the past few months. Her journey to lose 5 and a half stone wasn’t easy but she grabbed it with both hands and really achieved what she deserved! HUGE WELL DONE! The photos she has are absolutely stunning and we are all super jealous of her wardrobe 😉

What a transformation 🙂 you look so well and happy. What you have achieved is amazing. I am just about to start my journey and what an inspiration you are, I am currently the dress size you started out at, known the results that one person can achieve is very inspiring.
