Do you know what the #MChallenge is?

The #MChallenge is all about creating healthy habits that support a healthy and long happy lifestyle! It was created by Julie-Ann, Julie-Ann is the Owner of The New You Plan, She loves to inspire and motivate others and she does such an AMAZING job.

She loves to make sure everyone looks at the positive all the time, this is so important in life and it is even more important when you are trying to live a happy life!

Did you know that what we post on social #Media – creates an impact 5 people deep?

If you post a positive inspiring message, this can create a ripple effect that changes lives.

In January Julz had the habit of posting something positive every morning on her personal facebook page.  She had around 10 messages in that month from people simply thanking her for her posts and saying that her posts had inspired them to go and do something positive.

For example; one person said that they had started swimming every morning.  I wonder how many people he inspired by doing that? and then in turn how many people they inspired? It is impossible to know!  Research indicates that it goes 5 people deep. It is the butterfly effect in action!

Another girl started adapting her own personal morning routines because of Julz post, this had such an impact on her life that she sent her a beautiful thank you card and a gift a few months later.

All Julz did was post positive photos of the simple routines and thoughts that shaped her day to make it better.  It was so easy to do, and it kept her feeling accountable, plus it inspired others.  If 10 people messaged Julz, think about how many people where inspired that didn’t let her know!  A lot more I am sure.

We can all create this positive ripple effect in the world.

My goal weight was set by my GP at 9 and a half stone and set at 10 stone by my Endocrinologist so I am aiming for 9 stone 10lb.

I would like to be at target by the end of August when I fly to the States

I would love to do a sky dive which would be another step in conquering my fear of heights

My new goal weight is 10 stone 5 so that I’m in the healthy BMI range.

I would like to reach that goal by mid August to feel fabulous at my friends hen weekend.

When I reach goal I have had in my head since the start to have my picture taken while doing a big jump on top of a mountain in the Lake District on holiday this summer. Last year I was the one holding everyone up gasping for breath on our walks and while I had a lovely holiday I felt ashamed and embarrassed at how unfit and unhealthy I was and my tiny twin boys just kept walking and running without a care in the world. This year I have not only lost a massive amount of weight but I have worked hard to get fit, who knew I would end up running 3 times a week, enter a 5K race and actually enjoy it?! Xxx

i just want to be at target as soon as possible.

i would just like to treat myself to some sexy new clothes then show off my new figure 🙂 x

I’d be happy at 10.5st but even more happier if I can lose the hips and jelly belly which became an issue for me after my 2nd child. Funny how before I had a weight target in mind but as I got close to goal I changed it to shape and clothes size.
I’m already planning for the new school year so I would like to be there by September so that when me and a friend start our Health & Fitness and exercise sessions again I will be much more confident standing in front of the class.
I would like to get a professional family picture taken. But I would also like to be agile and confident to enter at least one karate tournament this year.

My goal weight is 11.3 stone.
I want to reach this weight by August 15. This will mean I’ve lost 4 stone.
I started out dreaming of being slim and healthy and now because I’ve been sticking to plan and giving 100% I am starting to believe that I will get there. I will achieve my goal and will keep then maintain the ‘new me’.

I’m going on holiday in August and want to feel happy and confident in my new bikinis and smaller clothes.
