My fist bump moment was noticing that I can fit in the bath easier so that means more hot bubbly water then after the towel can easily cover me up fully no gap showing my belly – such a fist bump x

My best fist pump moment was my wedding and engagement rings actually moving around my finger whilst both on my finger together. Since I got married they have both been a squeeze to get on and my finger would swell more when id put them on, especially both together. Now they actually move around on my finger (they’re not loose enough to swing around or fall off thankfully, but there’s defo space for them now) #FistPumpMoment ♥

my best fist pump this week , and my proudest moment to date of what I have achieved on the plan : my eldest son and his girls are here for a visit and once he was in the house his first words to me were ” wow mum , you look amazing , I’ve not seen you look so well for years ” I actually cried .xxx

my fist pump moment came the other day when my kids gave m a card simply saying we love you mam and are very proud of you had me in tears but still a fist pump moment xx

My fist pump moment was yesterday when i tried jeans i bought 3 years ago and never worn.still with tags. I bough them as an inspiration but never achieved fit into them. Untill yesterday! Thank u jeans for waiting patiently in my wardrobe for 3 years for me…:)))

My fist pump moment was fitting into my uniform at work for the first time since Christmas ! Lots of compliments and encouragement from my work colleagues . 4 stones lost since starting diet in March and feeling very positive and motivated -WOOHOO !

For the first time in a long time, I got dressed for work and my clothes were loose so I dug out an old pair of trousers and they fit brilliantly now and I felt nice and presentable going into the office. For once I did not feel like people were staring at me because i’m overweight and my colleague gave me a compliment on how well I looked! Definitely a fist pump moment 🙂

My fist pump was when I meet up wit some girls from work for the first time since February as I have been on maternity leave from work since Christmas. I know the scales say I lost weight but some days I just don’t see it myself but when I the girls saw me they were so full of compliment really made me feel like all this effort is so worth it gave me the bust I need to keep goin : )

Hi my fist pump moment this week was I bought a size 10 maxi dress with the intention of wearing it for my holiday in August. I got home and tried it on and my OH and daughter said it was gorgeous..a fist pump moment for me. Have,a lovely weekend everyone x

My best fist pump moment for this week was seeing one of my neighbours in Asda, a lady who I haven’t seen for months. She was about to walk right past me and I stopped her and said hello & the usual how are you. She looked puzzled then shocked as I don’t think she had recognised me. She was apologetic that she hadn’t recognised me, but she couldn’t believe how much weight I had lost since she had last seen me. I was so pleased at her reaction and said that there was no need to apologise at all lol. 🙂 🙂

Think the best fist pump comments during the new you plan is how many lovely comments I’ve had off people in work, and off friends and family who are very proud. Felt amazing 🙂 , also the constant drop in clothes size when I lost the first dress size I remember wanting to buy lots things just cause I was down it’s so exciting . I have loved my journey with all the support from new you secret slimmers and the positive comments on photos and my losses has made it all worth while many thanks to you all, your all so supportive !

My first pump moment happened on wednesday this week. I ran into my ex brother inlaws wife and her parents they said I looked great and that I was getting younger looking instead of older, I grinned in delight as I stood holding a bikini top lol as I was holiday shopping. So I sure know this tale will get back to the ex. Also I was feeling crap with my throat infection that day, deffo made my day. 😀

A few weeks ago i ordered 2 pairs of trackie bottoms for wearing out walking. One in a 20 and another in an 18 for when i lose a few pounds. Noticed how loose the waist was when wearing them the other day, time for the 18s i thought, until i took them off and realised they were the 18s…boom!

I had a couple of fist pumps, first I got my bonus from work and one of the first things I bought was a 3 tone mesh jumper I picked it up from the rail looked at it and thought you know what this looks big for its size so i’ll change for smaller, so I bought the small, mum asked if I wanted to try it on and I said no this looks fine if not it will either fit soon or I will just change it. Well fist pump one it only fitted, a small, I havent worn a small since ever I dont think!
my 2nd fist pump was saturday I was all dressed up black pants the new jumper with blk top under making it look awesome, hair, makeup and sunglasses, stopping at the petrol station I actually got a looooong look from a guy whom I was walking toward and past. My 3rd fist pump was today, I was at work serving on the till having let my CSA go for her tea break when a customer I hadnt seen for a while came to be served, she asked if I were losing weight when I told her about it she said I was looking great and its really noticeable, woohoo fist pump! Then when my CSA came back she said a few people had mentioned to her how good I’m doing and looking. Getting those compliments is lovely wish I had one everday lol the fact a small top fitted was awesome and has helped with confidence, the glance was a nice one too. Fist pumps all round 😉

My fist pump moment three weeks a go I put on a pair of trousers but couldn’t get the button and the button hole to meet there was about three inches of belly between them, then this week I wore them! Oh Yes and they were comfy WOOHOO!!

My fist pump moment was my dear but very sceptical friend said “wow you look amazing! That diet must be working”! She was not keen on me “not eating” and said I wouldn’t be able to function, she saw me out running after work and I was smiling! We may have converted someone else to join us!

My fist bump was fitting Into my smaller sized bridesmaid dress! I bought a 20 and an 18 and now. 3 weeks into the plan the 18 fits and I still have 8 days till the wedding!!
Originally I was doing this as a quick fix for the wedding but now after seeing all the transformations people in the secret slimmers group I now think I can stick at it for longer and have a go at really changing my life

My fist pump moment was today when I looked at my wedding anniversary photograph of myself last year ……. I was mrs blobby !!!!!! Today I am 5 1/2 stonesighter !!!! Still a way to go , but that fist is firmly pumping the air !!!!!! Thank you New You , you have transformed my life 🙂

My fist pump this week was being told that I’m looking great and finally having the courage to reply that I’m on the New You Plan. I feel so confident at the moment that I’m in til the end that I am now happy to tell all and sundary how I’m achieving a fantastic weightloss.
I imagined people would judge, or tell me about their friends who vlcd’s didnt work for, but all Ive had was positive vibes and congratulations.
I was so chuffed, for so long I’ve felt down about my size and finally I feel i’m breaking free from the old negative thoughts and I’m not just looking forward to a future slimmer healtier me, but I’m enjoying being me now!! Every loss is a gain in confidence for me.
I have energy, happiness, and hideously bad breath, (thank the Lord for breath strips!!) what in the world could a girl want more!!!???

Fist pump moment this week was definately standing crying in my room because I couldn’t find anything to wear for casual Friday in work. Yes I said I was crying! After 10 minutes I sat down and thought “well this time 6 months ago I was crying because I couldn’t find anything to fit me because I was too fat”. Stay with it ladies, nothing like being back in the game.

Hey guys, again, a late post. Im singing with a band in the evenings so I don’t get home until late.
Anyway, my fist pump moment was definitely this evening, may not sound much but it really was a moment for me.
My dad, who, unfortunately is not very well at the moment, is generally not very observant. So, as I was making him something to eat for his tea, he said, my God, did you shrink?!

My first fist pump moment was; yesterday getting back on plan, after a few months break, (loading my weight and many a tearful day) and I made it trough day 1 100%. I love the feeling of accomplishment, one small step at a time. wow, I totally forgot how good this plan is and makes you feel. 🙂 🙂
