It is my hope for you that when you are on the new you diet plan that you will look at this time as a time of exciting transformation rather than deprivation.  It is amazing how a simple mind shift can make everything look different.

 When you are on your diet journey, you are truely on a journey to a new you, a healthier person, who makes the right food decisions, lives a healthy lifestyle, leads an active lifestyle and finds joy and happiness without turning to food.

You are on this journey, and it is a great place to be!

You can make your world a better place,  by realising how many amazing things you can do that make you feel good, without overeating, and eating sugary, processed, high carbohydrate foods and drinks.

Today I really want you to complete this exercise…

List 25 of your favourite things to do….if you would like to list them below that would be awesome, or post them on our facebook page

When writing your list think of things that make you feel good, feel alive, feel excited, feel relaxed, feel loved, feel sexy, feel grateful, feel energised!

Here are some ideas; Going for a walk on the beach, going to the cinema to watch a great comedy movie, dancing, going to the theatre, going to your favourite clothes shop and treating yourself to a lovely new outfit, playing golf, playing ball with your kids, watching your favourite DVD, having a bath with a lush bath bomb, getting a massage from your partner, writing a poem or short story, listening to your favourite music….

When you make your list of your favourite 25 things to do, I want you to commit to doing one thing every day!

You will be experiencing more joy in your life in no time, and you will realise that you do not need to turn to food to feel good, when there are so many amazing things you can do every day to feel good!
