If ever there was a day that I could of been tested today was that day.

Thankfully I stayed on track and I feel good for it now. Β It has built my confidence that I will get to my goal.

Two things that can throw people off track in week one, are emotional upset or social gatherings with food.

I had both of these today, and I am proud to say that I didn’t even feel tempted to go off track with my diet. Β I think that is when you know that your head is totally in the right place to be successful on your diet.

This evening I was invited to a New Year family get together with a buffet style food, I just enjoyed some black coffee and a chat with everyone, and the evening went by fine! πŸ™‚

Tomorrow I will be heading off to stay in a hotel with all expenses paid FOOD – πŸ™‚ Talk about perfect timing eh! πŸ˜‰

So ready for test 2 – declining all the lovely hotel free food for the a few days!

I’m packing my electric blender, total food replacement vanilla diet shakes, weight loss soups, and some total food replacement meal bars and bringing my milicano coffee ~ so all should be fine and dandy! πŸ™‚

“Fail to plan and you plan to fail” – I think that is how the saying goes!

I think being organised is central to losing weight, and even more so to maintaining weight.

I spoke to a few people today who told me they have been reading my blog! πŸ™‚
