With a positive attitude we experience pleasant and happy feelings. This brings brightness to the eyes, more energy, and happiness. Even our health improves. Negative thoughts, words and attitude, create negative and unhappy feelings, moods and behaviour. When the mind is negative, poisons are released into the blood, which cause more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.

Negativity and Positivity are highly contagious! You can choose to have depressing, negative thoughts or inspirational, positive thoughts; your attitude determines your mindset, which in turn determines your behaviours and the outcomes in your life.

Here are a few tips to boost your inner self-belief and positive thinking.

SET CLEAR GOALSsetgoals
If you have no destination then your journey is treacherous. If you write down small achievable goals, then you are already on the road to success.

TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR LIFE
shutterstock_158126879Don’t be a victim. You cannot blame others or circumstances. Only you are responsible for your path and you decide where it goes and what happens. If you are unhappy with an aspect of your life, then create a plan to change it and be proactive.

IDENTIFY NEGATIVITY
Once a negative thought enters your mind, you have to be aware of it, and replace it with a constructive one. If the negative thought returns, replace it again with a positive one. LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE
Lighten up a little. If you can laugh at things then you can cope with them more easily. Don’t try to do everything at once.
Relax and enjoy life more! If positive thinkers achieve more, are infinitely happier than negative thinkers then why would anyone choose to be a negative thinker? The answer is that many people find negative thinking to be an easy option which offers less of a challenge. Do not fall into that trap. Think positively!

Fill your mind with positive thoughts, focus on all the good things in your life. By doing so, you will send out powerful, positive vibes in to the world and your life will begin to transform. Positivity is the key to happiness!
