Last week I gave you a run down of my first few days on plan because I know they can be hard but it is always totally possible to get past the struggle. This week has been AMAZING I had a few struggles last weekend but I was able to get past it and remember why I wanted to lose weight so bad!!
I am going to tell you a little more about me and my weight gain!!!
I never really struggled with my weight before, but from 2012 I was gaining weight and losing it again, I was never steady weight, on Christmas eve in 2012 I got hit by a car, in 2013 I had to get an operation to fix my hip and I was bed bound I wasn’t allowed to put weight on my hip for weeks, I was on crutches for 8 weeks after that, it was horrible I was bed bound, stuck in this horrendous box room at uni in England (I am from Northern Ireland) I didn’t have my parents or anything, i just had my uni friend popping in an out between classes. After I recovered I found out that I wouldn’t be able to play sports again, this broke my heart, hockey, volleyball and football where my life, I just felt so relaxed when I was playing sports!! Then I got it all taken away from me!!!
I weighed 9 Stone 12lbs and then I shot up to 13 stone 7lbs – it was horrible, I felt disgusting, fat and I never wanted to do anything at all!!
After I finished Uni I moved back home went on my little adventures to America, Magaluf, Africa and different parts of England, I never tried to do anything with my weight because I accepted the fact that i was bigger!
In January 2014 I started working for The New You Plan 🙂 🙂 🙂 I was actually working in dispatch 🙂 then in the August I was moved into the office where I got to have a lot more contact with all the lovely slimmers! In March 2015 I started the plan because I wanted to loss the weight once and for all, I was on plan for 11 weeks and I had lost a total of 3 stone 11lbs, then if you remember in my last blog I was put on medication in September and they unfortunately made me gain weight!!!
So this March I have started the plan again and I am more determined than ever to lose this weight once and for all!! I want this to be the last time that I have to diet!!
People always think diets are hard to stick to, but this is because so many things can knock you off plan, the good thing about the diet is that, what your get in your New You Parcel is the only thing that you are able to have, this is what makes it easy, yes it is hard the first few days but believe me it gets so much easier 🙂
Day 1 – 3 for me is normally the hardest but I got over it so easy, On Tuesday I Had my first weigh in 🙂 🙂
I was buzzing because my first week flew in!!!! I felt AMAZING!!!! Watch the video below to see what I lost 😛
If you have watched this you will see that I lost 4lbs in my first week, this is not a big loss for others but for me I was so happy about it, the scales where going down 🙂
The only reason I lost 4lbs was because I had my lady time and I am still on some meds but I know for a fact that this week is going to be different, I am going to smash these lbs!!
On Tuesday the lovely Julie-Ann Treated me to a makeup lesson for completing my first week on plan, it was AMAZING I now know that the makeup I use is too hard on my skin, I learn how to contour lol … I learnt so many new things and I put them into practice today see my image 🙂 🙂 #Selfie then watch my video below of our car journey to Julz House 🙂 I Had a celebrity driver ???
Then I got some really bad news on Wednesday night lol you have to watch my video below to see what my bad news was!!!
lol I hope you had a wee giggle at that and I put a smile on your face!! I am obsessed with the pancakes, I have a double dose EVERY NIGHT of the week, they are my savior 🙂 they keep me on track they fill me up they just make me so happy!!! The Pancake are Most definitely my most favourite product, followed closely by the Nutty fudge Bar and the pasta carbonara. Honestly who would of ever thought that ‘Diet food’ would taste so good!!
As I said before I am so determined to smash my goals, my loss this week has just made me want to work harder and be 100% I cannot wait until I see those scales next week I know for a fact i am going to be in the 15 stone bracket!!!
This is my Happy Dance!!!!!
