Your attitude is the biggest thing that will influence your weight and lifestyle.

We can’t control what happens to us, but we can control our attitude to what happens to us.

When someone joins our Secret Slimmer’s group I can almost always tell on the first day who is going to get to their goal or not.  I can tell this just by their attitude.  Some people just have an amazing attitude and you know that they are going to be celebrating their week one weight loss in 7 days time.

Your attitude is important.  If you wake up with a GO AND GET EM attitude, you are going to have a great day, whatever you are applying yourself to, excellence is not not an event, it is a habit, and habits are formed by having a great attitude.

So if you want to lose weight – you need to have a great attitude towards your diet.

If you want to maintain your weight loss – you need to have a great attitude to healthy eating and living.

One of the things I love the most, is seeing someone who all of a sudden just realises that they control their attitude, and they decide to turn their attitude around.  So if you realise that your attitude stinks (!!) then all you need to do is decide to have a better attitude, and once you do that, you will see EVERYTHING improves.

So let’s check your attitude towards your diet….

How many of these thoughts do you have?

  • Auck a wee nibble won’t hurt
  • I will start again on Monday
  • I still have 4 weeks until the holiday, I can start next week and still drop a dress size
  • I will order a takeaway tonight, and then start afresh in the morning
  • Im starting back next week, I might as well eat all round me as I am going to be on TFR next week anyway
  • Im going to take a break at Easter so I can eat 5 Easter Eggs and then I will get back to it after Easter
  • Sure you have to live – whilst tucking into your carb fest

Be aware of your attitude towards your health, weight and lifestyle choices.

Your attitude will determine so much.

What you do daily adds up.

So today, have a great attitude, and this time next month you will be looking back feeling proud.

This time next year, you will be transformed.  Make it your goal to get to your healthy target weight and learn how to maintain.
