I have had a difficult time lately ex husband versus house problems thought I would blip rings around myself, but I used Ss to stay strong. The support here is amazing love how everyone helps and supports each other. I feel better knowing I have someone to turn too in tough times xx
We are always here for you Pauline thank you for sharing with us 🙂 xxx
My challenges mainly come from work. Processes and people . I normally take a break, go for a walk outside, round the building or have a chat with a mate to lift my mood and distract me.I did that yesterday when I wanted to blip but I also made a coffee and made time to chat to a friend..xx
Thank you for sharing with us 🙂 nothing better than a friend to turn to when you are facing challenges every day. They always know what to say <3
Family! There’s always something going on. My brother does not do anything gets except cause problems. He’s in his own little depressed world and is dragging us down too. Or maybe it’s just me because I’m emotional and want to help everyone. My blood boils when I hear his name or I see him as I know there will be another issue to fix. Like the meter got replaced with a key meter because he couldn’t pay a bill and told no one. I’m upset, sad and angry.
I have to distance myself and go through scenarios in my head before acting. If I didn’t the minute he’s gone you would find me in the snack cupboard.
Deep breaths. Eyes closed. Let it go. Feel relaxed, in control and able to move on. Until next time.
Thank you for sharing with us Sonia 🙂 My motto is count to 10 and breathe. xxxx
There has been a lot of challenges along the way but what helped me over come all my obstacles was SELF BELIEF. Belief that I could over come any obstacles in my path. That and a lot of determination to do what others said I couldn’t. It’s been a challenge but life itself can be challenging
Well done Jackie 🙂 xxxx
Just this weekend I had to face peer pressure on a hen weekend. I was amazed at the food and drink choices I made and just explained to people that I don’t need to have all those things, clear my plate or drink all the inclusive drinks to feel good or to get my money’s worth. I informed them that I didn’t want to be ill or damage all my hard work over the last 6 months and that I was having fun. I also made myself be brave and Wear fitted clothes instar of hiding under flared dresses or tops and I’m so glad I did, I felt younger and fantastic and actually loved how I looked. I can look back at the hen weekend and have great pride that I have changed my binging habits and that gives me the power to know that once I get to goal it will help me to maintain xx
Yayyyy Jennie well done 🙂 xxxx
Everday is a challenge. Life throws all sorts of curve balls at us. A grumpy partner, a poorly child, a money worry, a work deadline, a worry about a friend or relative. The key is to believe in yourself. No matter what comes your way you will overcome it. It might be a long hard climb to get there but you WILL get there. You do not have a choice at the end of the day. And the more you practise this positive mindset the stronger you become. And the people around you notice and also start to feel better and more empowered. And each time the challenge feels a little less daunting, becomes less of a challenge and almost insignificant. You can do this. You have got this. You are strong and can rise above anything. You are worth it!
You can do this 🙂 Thanks for sharing with us xxxx
my biggest challenge is shopping with my ‘kids’ they choose and buy junk foods but however cruel this sounds my daughter is ‘rather large’ so i look at her bum or thighs and the need for junk soon goes away *worlds worst mum alert lol*
i have had my walks each day while my kids ate their dinners and get second glances from people driving by or men in the beer garden that i pass. little boosts to my confidence 🙂 x
Well done Iainie thank you sharing with us 🙂 xxx
