Everyone loves tips, tips help us to improve and better ourselves, it could be the smallest thing but it could make the biggest difference in your life!!

 

When we are on a diet we want as many tips as possible, we want to hear how people make their dieting life easy!!

 

In the month of July we are asking you to help share your tips on how you make dieting easy for you!!

 

Even if you are only starting or if you have been on plan for a while you are going to have a tip, whether it is big or small it can always help someone somewhere and help them achieve their dream!!

      Keep busy, go for a walk, fitness class, read a book, colour in, have a bath. Have a early night, paint your nails anything just don’t sit around doing nothing. Also drink water in measured amounts in regular intervals so 500ml per hour x

      i drink plenty of water, always have my veg allowance and if the weather is fine i have a little walk each day .
      secret slimmers inspires me because there are people just like me with problems like me .
      who do i look up to? no-one in particular, i am happy for anyone that’s lost weight though, as its hard at first .

      My top tips are to use Ss everyday for inspiration and fun,set small goals along the way,forget the big number it will bog you down thinking about the amount you have to lose, instead treat yourself to little non food treats every time you lose weight, most of all enjoy your New You journey to a NEW YOU it will change your life, remember 4 & 4 and sip sip sip are my top tips, x

      Forgot to say everyone in Secret Slimmers are an inspiration but I do look up to jasmin, Anne, brid, Lisa, joy,dawn and of course julie_ann I have so many I admire x

      I take each day as it comes and concentrateasy on getting to bed time….I just know then that I will be smiling in the morning knowing I completed another day. Also every time I have a new you product I have a pint of water.

      I use the Facebook about 4/5 times a day to keep me motivated. …esp when I see before and after pics.

      I look up to Darren. I love seeing his motivational posts…. he really motivates me.

      I stay motivated by doing new exercises, taking time out for myself and looking back at old pics….never going back there!!

      My biggest inspirations are Darren and Anna as they were smashing the pounds and their energy was infectious when I first started and it powered me on to give it my all. Also the support from Anne, Pauline and Jackie and the new you team has been priceless.

      My top tips are:

      4 + 4 every day

      Get moving any way you can

      Meditate when things get tough

      Surround yourself with fabulous supportive friends

      Get involved with secret slimmers page to help yourself and others

      Keep taking pics, it’s so empowering looking back and seeing how far you’ve come and helps on the weeks you have a lower loss or plateau

      i stay focused by having my meals at the time i make my families, i keep 2 500mls of bottled water in my locker at work so if i finish one and can’t get to a water font to fill up i have another. my inspiration is every one who is on this journey but especially Sarah and last but not least keep looking on this page even if you don’t comment. it really helps to see how different everyone is but we are all after the one goal

      Keep busy! It’s a great time to find a new hobby, I’ve joined a clubbercise class, it’s so much fun, glo sticks and 90’s music.
      Keep a visual aid, something you can see everyday that shows how far you have come, keep it in the kitchen for a mental boost.
      Take pictures, look at them side by side, you’ll be amazed!
      Buy something smaller then your normal size, try it on monthly, if you keep going it’ll fit!
      I also put everything out at night, my four packs, water made up in a big jug it gives me a plan for the day. Also try not to cook for your family hungry, one little pick at food can lead to loads.
      Most of all, positive mental attitude! You CAN do this!

      I stay motivated by reading the Secrets slimmers page stories. By drinking black tea and water. Writing down my thoughts and goals. Taking photos when I look good.Going to the gym, by walking and moving about more. Baths and early nights. Anything to distract me.

      S.S inspires me so much the stories, photos and kind words of encouragement. Lovely people who make me feel ok with myself.

      Anne, Darren, dawn, Tash and Julianne all inspire me. Xx

      I keep motivated by using Secret Slimmers every day, finding positive quotes via Instagram that I save to my phone & flick through regularly, I have a storyboard in my bedroom with quotes, goals, photos of me on my journey, this reminds me every day of what I want. In addition, I write monthly goals on a card that I keep in my diary – I look at my diary at least 5 times every day so it’s a constant reminder. I also have a weekly music track, I choose something each Sunday that I play to myself every day to remind me of the upbeat positive journey that I am on!

      Secret Slimmers is my sounding board and I use it everyday for inspiration. I know there will always be someone there. I love to read about others journeys, whether successful or otherwise – it reminds me this is a journey and it’s ok to make mistakes! It also reminds me that I can do this – there are so many amazing transformations on there. I haven’t always used SS through my journey but can certainly notice the difference in helping me keep on track.

      The key people that inspire me are my kids, my husband, Julie-Ann, Anne, Pauline, Dawn, Sonia, Jennie, Tasha, my personal trainer and my best friend!

      To keep me motivated i try and stay focused on sunday weigh in day and try on old clothes that dont fit (or didnt use to fit). I keep sip sip sipping at the water/sparkling water and coffee.

      Secret slimmers are the most amazing, positive, loving caring bunch of people that are always rooting for you to do well. Gotta love anne and pauline to keep u going as they are always there when u need them most.

      Look up to lynne n as im totally jealous of her amazing transformation!! Lol. As with jckie and her amazing loss.

      Lots of water and 1 hour at a time…. Biggest tip be kind to yourself we are all only human .
      I look up to everyone but I especially love hearing success stories of ppl who aren’t necessarily the most active on ss , they plough along quietly , reading posts and gaining inspiration then suddenly they have there own huge success stories!! I love that. Iot reminds me that time passes regardless and a lot can be achieved in a short time .
