To Celebrate Valentine’s day and to show how much we love you all we are giving you the opportunity to WIN a 1 WEEK TFR BUNDLE of your choice!!!
To be in for the chance of winning all you need to do is write a poem on one of the following:

I Love New You!!
I think that I have fallen in love
And have known it for a while
But I can’t say when it exactly happened
All I know is the feeling makes me smile
Why I am feeling this way you may ask
What has made my life change in this way
I am happy to share the reasons country wide
So you too can smile like me every day
It all started when a friend told me about
An eating plan that she followed each day
Scornfully I laughed and brushed it aside
It’s not for me, it will never work, was what I heard myself say
Give it a go, what have you got to lose she replied
So I agreed to try out just two weeks of meals
I so wanted to prove that “these things” don’t work
So signed up and ordered one of the amazing deals
My first two weeks went by in a flash
And I won’t deny that at times I almost quit
But I surprised myself at my determination
And realised that the New You Plan was becoming a hit!
Tasty and filling, I found I had favourite meals
And planning was crucial in every way
But taking it slowly one step at a time
I found it became easier day after day
I used the support on offer to all
An amazing group of like-minded folk

Understood that for some losing weight is no joke
Now eight months later my opinions have changed
And this is what is making me smile
Despite my reservations and scornm the plan really worked
And I haven’t felt this good in a while
I am happy and more confident and feeling so great
More importantly my health is improving each day
And it’s all thanks to New You, such a wonderful plan
Just try it and you will find you will be feeling the same way
So yes I said I have fallen in love
And I really think that’s true
I have fallen in love with life again
But could not have done it without NEW YOU!!!!

I tried every single day
to watch what I would eat
Attempting every single diet
suggested by those I meet
Struggling every single day,
feeling overly stout
Gaining every single day,
“Is this what life’s about?!!”
But then came the greatest day
I heard about your site

And it was with huge delight

It’s the time of year to talk about love
In particular what that means to me
With so many things going on in my life
It’s so important that I love my life and feel happy
There have been times when I have felt oh so sad
Because I knew how my weight held me back
I had tried so many other eating plans before
But quickly fell out of love with each on and would veer off track
So with my inquisitive head on I began to explore
What could help me achieve my happiness goal
