Do you keep giving up on your TFR Diet?  Are you tired of having to start over?

Have you ever been in a queue – like a traffic jam, and you decide to switch lanes into the lane that looks better, and once you switch the lane you leave starts to move faster, and you sit there thinking “WTF”….  I wish I had of stayed in that lane.

Staying in line – is totally underated when it comes to success.  It is such a simple principle.  Just stay in line.  Do not leave.  If you know the lane you are in will take you to where you need to be, then don’t switch lanes and don’t give up.

“If you’re tired of starting over, Stop giving up.”

Will it be hard? YES.

Will it be difficult? YES.

Will you feel like you can’t go on? YES.

These feelings and difficulties are part of the process, everyone goes through these emotions.  The ones that get to their goal, are not the ones who didn’t feel this way, they are the one’s who stayed strong AND DID NOT GIVE UP.

If it was easy, everyone would be slim, fit, toned, and uber gorgeous and healthy.

But does that not make the prize so much more better, because when you get to your goal, not only will you look and feel amazing, but everyone you will meet will be secretly saying to themselves, – “I wish I had his/her willpower”.

People will really admire your strength, determination and willpower.  You will be an inspiration to more people that you ever know, because most people who you will inspire, will never tell you.

Getting slim and healthy does not only make you look & feel good, but it will really make other people admire your strength and determination, because losing weight takes effort, consistent determination and willpower and immense strength.

The only thing that is stopping you from achieving your goals, is the fact that you keep giving up.  If you don’t give up, you will win. Simple.
