Todays Team Tip Tuesday is on Tackling your Milestones
For most of us one of the biggest challenges is staying motivated and with that in mind we hope that todays topic will help you set your goals.
What we hope to hear from you is how you set and measure your goals. For many the scales can be a daunting prospect and at times they are not
always honest so we use other markers to indicate just how far we have come. We don’t want to give to many away at this point as we want to
hear from you 😉

im using my fitness pal its great for tracking your shakes and meals most of the new you products already stored in it also using the downloads from new you to print out x
That pair of jeans. They are the greatest measure if how you’re doing – weightloss isn’t all shown on the scales! I always have a pair of jeans (not stretchy ha ha) that I want to get into and love to try them on week by week and enjoy bein closer to wearing them!!!
What I find the best is in the notes app on my iPhone I write down all my weigh in weights from the first one till now.
If I wrote it down on paper my toddler would rip it up. She already demolished one of my lovely notebooks. So I put it all in my notes section on my iPhone and I can add to it every week. Very very handy.
Your blog is great. You efforts putting this blog together was worth the while. Great job Julz.
