Tomorrow Wednesday 26th June is our FIRST official weigh in day, so make  you have your weeks weigh in registered with Lisa so she can update the Leaderboard tomorrow evening. Click here to update your weightloss now.

We had such a great success with Teams Tip Tuesday on our Summer Holiday Transformation Challenge. We have decided to continue it with our 21 Day Summer Blast off Challenge. We can all share our tips and help motivate each other.

Todays Team Tip Tuesday is on Tackling your Milestones

For most of us one of the biggest challenges is staying motivated and with that in mind we hope that todays topic will help you set your goals.
What we hope to hear from you is how you set and measure your goals. For many the scales can be a daunting prospect and at times they are not
always honest so we use other markers to indicate just how far we have come. We don’t want to give to many away at this point as we want to
hear from you 😉
