We want you to go walking this Christmas!

Yes, I know the fire is cosy, but all it takes is 15 minutes of walking and this can totally change your Christmas!

Why Walking is Wonderful for Weight Loss  which explains why losing weight is a great way to beat cravings and actually research proves that even when you do eat chocolate after a walk, you consume approx 50% less than you would have if you didnt go for a walk!  SO with all those Chocolate temptations around this Christmas, this is the perfect solution to help you stay on track with your weight loss and maintenance.

Walking is brilliant if you are aiming to stick 100% to TFR this Christmas, as it will give you the opportunity to get out in the fresh air, and have some time alone to visualise yourself at your goal come this Spring / Summer.

All you have to do is comment below that you are committed to walking at least 15 minutes every day for 12 days.

Then everyday that you go for a walk, find your original comment below and add a reply to shout out to everyone that you walked for at least 15 minutes that day.  Do this every day for 12 days!!
