The extended family haven’t seen me since my wedding nearly 5 years ago and I want to be able to look and feel good and be able to wear nice clothes. In April, I am going to get rid of 14lbs. 14 pounds for April
Hi – Jo here – I’m new to the plan so I’m starting fresh for April! I would love to lose a stone this month! Ambitious , I know, but I need to shape up by August 1st as I am going on holiday to Spain! The idea of putting on a swimsuit is filling me with panic already – I know I have to start NOW if I want to have 3 stone gone by then!! Please keep your fingers crossed for me guys! I’ve been piling the weight on since having my little girl almost four years ago and suffering a back injury two years ago. The weight gain has stopped since I went back to work a year ago but I’ve recently been made redundant so I need something to not only prevent further gain but to reverse it to a healthy level again!! xx

I know it is possible to lose weight on this diet. I have seen l0 stone ….. come up this week for the first time in a few years. I never thought it was possible. So my challenge for April is to always have l0 stone come up and get down those pounds . I would love to say goodbye to llstone with clothes morning and evening as my weight increases by 3/4lb at the end of the day.

How do i sign up for the Easter challenge? I have not yet recieved my bundle due to missing the delivery but have now re arranged to alternative address so hopefully Monday / Tuesday next week so i can start then.
I am size 12 which does not sound big i know but i’d like to be a 10. I have spent most of my teenage and adult life trying to reach my goal (my biggest i was size 18) but slow results and lack of willpower / motivation to keep going have led me down the path to eat for comfort.
I have tried a similar VLC meal replacement plan just before christmas and did well but i found trying to introduce food again was tough and before i knew it, i was eating all the rubbish again. There was no after care or help on what happens after you finish the plan. The fact you give support for this and have blogs, and members can speak to each other and yourself during their journey is great and i think this will be the support i need when that voice in my head starts to try and sabotage all my good work.
Sorry for the essay, lol, i am just very pasionate about this and hope one day i can help motivate people as you do. Help people better themselves and feel happier about their bodies. We are all special and deserve to feel great in every way. I want to be succesful on this plan so i can show others that they can too 🙂

Before i discovered New You i was about to embark on a work out plan that is quite tough and 6 days a week. Would it still be okay to do this with the low calorie eating or would you recommend something a little less vigurous? I do not want to injure or burn myself out.
If you only want to lose 10 pounds that wont take long, so I would just do light exercise until you achieve your goal and then pump it up when you are ready to refeed and maintainx
