There are still 5 weeks left in the challenge. Every second counts as it provides you with an opportunity to either change what you are doing for the better or indeed repeat that which you are already doing right!
Align your:
- Plans – Decide at this point what steps your are going to take to make this week happen, pick a problem and deal with it!
- Mindset – actively pick up a habit that is going to bring some positivity to your day.
- Feelings – Pick the top 3 reasons why you are going to nail this diet. Do this so that you can balance your emotional needs.

I will make this week happen by repeating my 100 percent as same as last week but upping my walking and make a pact with myself all week to take a walk EVERY DAY x. Rain or snow xxx good luck people have a weight loss week x

I will get through 3 days of meetings without falling off the NY wagon!
Got two days potentially without a kettle, so I think I will be going for more bars than usual.
I am taking wafers to avoid the biscuits that I know will be sitting on the table!
Might be too much of an ask for week 2 but I would love to see the 12s by Friday!
I’m restarting the new you this week after having false starts the last few weeks. I finished the plan at the end of August and have just gone off the rails. But this week is my week. With Christmas fast approaching I’m gonna knock the pounds off I’ve been putting on. It’s my own fault. Was the stress of certain things but this week I’m gonna be 100% and imagine myself in a knock out outfit for Christmas xxx
I plan on being 100% again, achieving my little
Weekly goal! And move to week too of my running 🙂 also paint the front of the house 🙂
This week I’m going to remember the very wise advice I received from my secret slimmer Facebook family. In fact, I’m going to print out three copies – one for work
Im going to stick to it 100 percent again, fill out my journal everyday really helps alot.
Up my exercise and do the tasks iv set myself for the week.
And stay off the scales till Thursday.
This week I’m going to remember the very wise advice I received from my secret slimmer Facebook family this morning, who’ve helped me understand my mindset with recent recurrent blipping! In fact, I’m going to print out three copies – one for work, one for Home and one for my handbag.
I’m going to remember that this is something I’m doing for me and that I very much want.
And then… in addition to going for 7 days at 100%, I’m going to get my backside back to the gym.
Oooh and I’m looking forward to getting my NY 21 day journal thingy 🙂
This week I will get box no 3 and weigh in no 2 I will stay focused and be 100% so that I can achieve my end goal x

This Week I am going to Give 200 Percent!! I Am Going To Spring clean my house room by room 🙂 This week i am starting with the Kitchen! I will move on to a different room over the next 5 weeks, one room per week!!
I hope this will keep my body and Mind lol occupied as i carry out this challenge 🙂 🙂
I intend to give new you 100% and keep myself busy, I’m volunteering now twice a week with 2 different groups and have tried to fill my days as much as possible all week so that I have no time to think about blipping!!! Only 13lbs to go until ultimate goal!!
Make sure I only take what I am allowed to have whilist I am at work and on my days off, spend as much time being busy (which isn’t too hard lol). This last part is hard but when my husbabds treatment is all over, hopefully b y the new year and (fingers crossed) given the all clear, we are booking a holiday for two weeks so I will need to shake this last part off and with Christmas coming, I don’t want to add more on top! Staying focused on this will help me make this week a blip free and great weight loss!
Will be 100% again this week. Do 20 minute walk every second day. Stay focused on my end goal i will get there.
I am going to stay 100% again all week. I will be up at 6am every morning on the week days for work. Start my fluid intake and keep my mind on what I need to do to live a longer and healthier life. Each morning cross of the day before on my calendar to say I have been 100% xxx
I WILL be 100% this week agsin! Keeping track if my products and water intake throughout the day and week. Will try and get some walking in too this week. But most important for me is a change in mindset, i am determined to be more positive about myself and work on me. I WILL be positive about my aims, goals and my achiements. And feel proud of me! 🙂 xxx
I am on the last legs of my refeed so in 4 days I will be back 100%,until then I’m healthy eating and products
Tomorrow is my 2nd week of the challenge and am so determined to stay strong and give it another week of 100% and lose another 5 to 8lbs beside there are so much of task, motivation and surprises going on that its just getting easier and fun ,we are all one big family supporting one another so yes here is to another week of 100%:)
This week will be my 1st week at 100%. No blips. I’m just placing my next order now! X
I am going to embrace this week with open arms!! Circuit training – Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 5km walk Tuesday and Zumba Thursday!
I plan to start Xmas wrapping etc…. So with this increased energy who knows!!
I will be 100%!!
This week I am going to rewind to the attitude and determination I had on day 1 to get me through another week of 100%.
I will stay on track by remembering why I am doing this, how great I feel at being 100% for the last 11 days, and if I doubt myself I will look in the mirror and see how far I have come 🙂
My plan is to remain 100%, participate in all the tasks! fill out myfitnesspal every day! drink the water! exercise every second day and try to be patient and upbeat this week.
Back to SS 100% this week after 2 weeks of refeed, looking forward to reducing the kgs and also beginning my new walking regime 🙂
Back this week after making failed attempts last few weeks but I wrote out a calendar for the next month and going to fill it in everyday.. Going to do my walking on my lunch hour so I’ve it done so can have time with my little man in the evenings.. Have booked my nails to be done next weekend as a treat for myself for being 100% all week 🙂
