Started 19th Jan first two weeks total of ten pounds… Last week which was week three stayed the same… Mega upset but stayed on plan! Half weigh through this week sneaky weigh in… Lost 2 lb.. Need to be a stone by 19th Feb so I need to hit another 2lb or more!! By then!!!

Very disappointing… mind you I did blip a bit last Monday and Tuesday as I was so disappointed in only losing 3lbs in 2 weeks….and I do have my TOTM at the mo.
