The Lovely Lynsey has recently joined us on The New You Plan to succeed on her weight loss journey!!

Lynsey started The New You Plan on the 3rd of January 2016 – weighing in at 16 stone 3lbs wearing a Size 18 Top and 18 Jeans, Lynsey has the determination and motivation to succeed, she wants to make the difference in her life for herself and her kids.

Lynsey had to take a little break in January as she was celebrating a big milestone and that was her 30th Birthday 🙂

Lynsey has set herself a goal to lose 4 stone and so far she has lost a total of 15.5lbs* – BOOOOOYAAAAAAAA!!!!
