Feeling a bit hungry today (day 2) but I know if I don’t stay 100% on plan i’m only hurting myself.
Very True Jacqueline, the first couple of days are all about raw will power and determination, as well as knowing that when you get into ketosis it will all fall into place. Good Luck!

we all have days when you crave the food we used to eat , no matter how long you’ve been on plan .and those are the days that feel ” painful ” BUT I stop and think of how far I have come and realise it would mean guilt , anger , frustration and going through getting into ketosis again so I don’t stop .
recently I had the ”perfect excuse ”to say ENOUGH but i have further to go and as I’m well over half way – why would I stop now . I can feel , taste and smell my new life , new habits and new me , I’m so close to it .xx
Woohooo Melody. I love that you are already more than half way through. Fighting the dark days takes practice and a true understanding of yourself more than the diet. It sounds like you have cracked it and I am very proud to be part of the team that is helping you!
It pains me to drink so much water as I am peeing like a racehorse… but it will hurt to stop, as I will now miss it, and shrivel up like a prune!! Iknow I need that water!!

I have been able to stick with The New You Plan, the benefit of not stopping far outweighs the effort of continuing. So yes you could align “effort” with “pain” and “benefit” with “hurt to stop”.

I am starting the plan on Saturday but to me this means: I know i will struggle with the amount of water that i will need to drink and the change of diet but i understand that if i don’t drink it and make the change in my life i may not lose as much weight as i can and become fit and healthy and happy again 🙂
