All you have to do is take part in our NEW COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS PHOTO STORY BOARD CHALLENGE on our Secret slimmers group on Facebook! Simply take photos of your new you journey between now and Christmas and the best albums will be put into a PRIZE DRAW for £1000 CASH PRIZE or euro equivalent! 🙂 🙂
We have SOOOOOOO Many people getting involved already, determination is everywhere, it is spreading like wildfire.
Once one slimmer gets it we all get it, we are one big AMAZING family who work to help each other! To take part is sooooo simple and it is all to help you be HAPPY & CONFIDENT in your body.
Your weekly photo will be a full length photo, so that we can REALLY SEE your transformation between now and Christmas.
You might feel shy about showing your full length photo, but remember that we are all taking part because we are not happy with how we look and feel, so we are all in the same boat. It will be great accountability for you, and it will be so motivating to see yourself shrink over the different chapters in your story!
You can add as many photos to your story board album on Facebook as you would like to, the more photos the better! The more you can share and inspire us all with your photos, the more likely you will be chosen as a top storyboard for the prize draw of £1000.
Some suggestions for what you photos could post in your album include;
- Full length photos in a mirror
- Photo of the scales every week
- Photo of a page with your goals written on it
- Ask a family/friend to take a photo of you every day
- Take a selfie everyday
- Take a photo of your favourite new you meals
- Photo of you doing exercise
- Photo of any other projects you are working on while losing weight
- Maybe you are decluttering or decorating your home
- Photo of you doing your favourite hobby or pass time
- Photo of your goal outfit on a hanger and then a photo of you wearing it
- Photo of you dressed up at Halloween
- Photo of you out with your friends staying 100%
- Photo of a beautiful sunset and a message about how you are feeling
- Photo of a quote that means something to you
- Photo of a book you are reading, photo of something / someone who motivates and inspires you!
This is YOUR PHOTOSTORY BOOK CHALLENGE, so make it amazing and UNIQUE TO YOU! Tell YOUR STORY in a way that inspires and motivates you!
The top 20 story boards will be decided by the new you management team in December, and we will do a prize draw and announce the winner, and then wire the money into your bank account on the 17th December!
