As with any epic journey it is hard to forget the distance you have traveled on your road to success. Therefore today I plan to share a handy app that is never going to let you forget just how awesome your achievements are! The Weight Tracker weight loss app allows you to track multiple things. This app allows you to track your weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), body fat percentage among other things!

Tricks:
Did you know that there are certain things that you can add to your products to spice things up a bit? Things such as pepper and chilli are all perfectly acceptable. I can personally say that adding garlic salt to the new Pasta Broccoli Meal transforms this into one of my all time favourites!
