Hannah Blog 6 – Week 11 total lost 49.5lbs – week loss 4.75lbs

I hope that you have all has a FANTASTIC week!!
I am on Week 11 of my New You Journey and this morning my scales was being a little tinker and I was bang on 16st!!! Really hoped I would see the 15s this morning but that’s ok, I know I will definitely be seeing them for next weeks weight in! This week I weighed in with a 4 3/4lbs weight loss! I am so so happy with this weeks results and I am still steaming full speed ahead!!
I have so far lost a MASSIVE 50lbs! I cannot believe that I have achieved that it 11 weeks! I am so close to being half way to my goal. My absolute ideal goal would be 11 stone which would mean another 5 stone. That sounds like a massive about still to go but when I think about what I have achieved so far, I really am not worried. I know I will smash it!!
I am so excited to be taking part in the #MChallenge. It is such a fantastic challenge that Julie-Ann has put together. The #MChallenge is ass about creating healthy habits for yourself and being accountable for them each day. You can also with daily prizes and be in with the chance of winning a fantastic makeover!!!
I posted my #MChallenge #Move last night as I started my fitness regime. I am dedicated to doing the 30 day shed for the next 30 days!! I am committed to doing this every night of the week and getting my fitness levels back up to where they used to be!! I am so so excited! I absolutely LOVE the 30 day shred! I did my first session last night and oh my goodness I can feel it already this morning!!
How do you find the weekends? Recently I have been finding the weekends really hard. Especially now that the weather is getting nicer. I just want to go out with my family, eat, play and enjoy the weekend!! It is such a struggle not being able to do that but then I just remember each day why I am doing this and where I want to get to. I have come so far already that I dont want to throw it away on a weekend binge! That is what got me in this mess in the first place!!
Last night I was thinking about my old routine. I would get home from work and play with my daughter. She would have her tea, bath and bed and then I would come downstairs and have my dinner and a big pudding. No joke but pudding used to be something big and chocolaty EVERY NIGHT!! Probably had about 600 cals just in pudding!! EVERY NIGHT!! How terrible is that!??! It had become my routine though and so it was normal and comfortable to me. When you start such a drastic change of routine, it does throw you back and it can be a struggle but you have to just stick to it and you will get through it. It takes 21 days to create a habit. 21 days is nothing! You just have to get there and you’ve SMASHED it!!
