When you are on your weight loss journey it is so important to CELEBRATE YOUR MILESTONES!
Getting into a the lower stone bracket.
Moving from Obese to Overweight
Moving from Overweight to Healthy
Losing your first stone
Getting into a size 12
Being able to wear your wedding ring again
Doing 1 week 100%
Getting into ketosis
Going all weekend without a blip
Create milestones that are unique to you. If you struggle to get into ketosis, then make that your first milestone, and when you achieve it, CELEBRATE, get a new eye shadow, or mascara, or bubble bath, buy a new book, or a new scented candle. Build the habit of setting milestones, and build the habit of celebrating!
It amazes me how many people do not do this, and I really think it can help you to focus, and get a really good sense of achievement and happiness!

My aim for July was to get straight back on TFR after a hen weekend away in London and to get another stone off to hit a healthy BMI. I want to be the best I can be inside and out. I worried it would be hard getting back into the right frame of mind after nearly a month of refeed due to illness and the weekend away but I’m so proud I woke up that Monday went to my box of new you goodies and did it and felt fab within a few hours of TFR and I’m now on day 12 of phase 3 and flying. Love this plan, the support and the fab daily challenges to help keep me focused xx

For me its to get fully back on tfr as I have been struggling since the start of June. Hopefully I’ll be back on track and get closer to my goal weight.

My aim for end of July was to survive my 5 week stay in California without bingeing on holiday food.
Not only am I NOT doing that but I am so far managing a 4:3 New You plan which although I can’t weigh yet, I know I am actually losing weight. I feel better and already look better in my clothes.
I very well may go home 4Aug with some more weight off instead of holiday weight on!!!! (Which I usually do).
New You has taught me a valuable lesson. Stick to your goal!♡
