Sticking to your COMMITMENTS doesn’t remove your freedom, it actually enhances it. By staying strong, and committed to what your heart truly wants, you are setting yourself free.
It is important to remember this is a short time in the span of your life. It is a gift that you are giving yourself to fast track to your healthy weight.
When your commitment waivers, remember how you felt before you started plan.
