Much better today! Feel back in the swing of things. I know I may be a bit ahead of myself, but I have been looking into what I am going to do when I reach my goal weight. What sort of foods should I eat and what stuff to avoid. I think the first thing that has to change is portion size. It is definitely unecessary having masive portions.  I do like meat and chicken etc, and I am definitely aware that things like pasta and bread really don’t suit me. I always hated using processed foods and things with complex fats etc. I think I will definitely be going down the route of fresh, unprocessed, low carb foods from now on, or from after re-feed in anyway! Oh, I will also be avoiding dairy too, as I think it makes me very congested and affects my sinuses.. I think the complete removal of food is great during the New You Plan. It really makes you think about food. Anytime I do get cravings , it is never for what you would imagine.. Things that have been high on my list of cravings have been Tuna, Broccolli and tomatoes with black pepper! The thoughts of Chocolate Cake, or crisps, or baugettes just haven’t happened .

I didn’t drink nearly enough water yesterday, maybe about 2 litres in total. But I got straight back on it today. Looking forward to receiving my new pack in the post! I ordered a much wider variety of products than I did previousily. Initially I had doubted whether the products would be nice, so I stocked up on shakes etc.. But the hot meals, porridge and bars are so so good! I really miss them I also ordered soups this time, as I heard they are really tasty too.  Plus soup is so hand because I can just whack it in a cup when I am out and about, won’t need my stick blender.

I also ordered some of the cranberry drink stuff! I like cranberry, and seeing as I am usually drinking about 6 litres of water a day, it should liven it up a bit!

I think the biggest challenge with the New You Plan is getting bored with it! I am not hungry ever, and cravings are limited and tend to be able to deal with them pretty quickly. So I think you should really get a wide variety of different products instead of sticking to all the same ones like I have.

I was really worried yesterday when I was feeling sick that it my make me have to stop. I was delighted to be better today. I would of hated to waste the last 10 days or so. But no matter what happens, so far I have learned that I won’t go back to the way I was.

I love that time is flying at the moment. The weekend is nearly here again, and time for another weigh in! I have no idea how much I will lose, but a couple of pounds would be enough to keep me happy!

That’s it for today!

Take care
