Am i supposed to put in 2 weigh ins a week or one? im confused, i put my loss in on Sunday but that was only 4 days, total this week is 5 1/2 (which isnt much different from Sunday 🙁 )

week 2 and its a small loss of 1lb…..but still a losss!
Think its because I am doing a diff job for three weeks, and I get a few more breaks and I tend to have just the ‘one wafer’ and then do the same later on in the day. Plus I am sitting down a lot too. Should be back to normal next week, so hopefully them it will start shifting again 🙂

Week 2 – 1 lb down. Soooooo disappointed and no idea why it’s slowed to a standstill. Just got to keep going … Hoping week 3 will be a decent loss.
Stick with it hun! 9lb in 2 weeks is great 🙂 Just make sure you aren’t adding anything you shouldn’t. Just your 4 TFR items per day and 3-4 litres of water. Looking forward to your week 3 result xxxx

Week 3 15-22 sept …no loss but a 2lb gain as TOTM or should I say the fortnight as its all out of sync at the mo so I’m very frustrated with it !!….not so bad though as have also had a few blippy nights this week and not on plan much so I’m pretty happy with this ….could have been much worse xxxxxx ….back on track for next week now to lose this 2lb plus hopefully another 1-2 as a bonus xxx
