 Hey Everyone, I hope that you are all having a Fabulous Weekend and staying Super Motivated this. Julz is still in Crete enjoying the Sun with her Family.

Today is our Summary Saturday, it gives us the opportunity to reflect on the past week. You will be able to catch up on this weeks Videos, Blogs and Tasks.       My favourite blog was on Monday with all the emotional stories of why we are overweight. What traumas some people have had to face but know what we are all still here still standing and facing a brighter future. I loved Melissa’s story in particular ending in how she now smiles when she looks in the mirror. I know exactly what she means. When our weight is under control we take much more interest in our appearance clothes make up nails etc. here’s to continuing on our new you journey xx

      Hi guys,
      Hope you are all having a great weekend. Mine has set off to a grand start and I am super happy and motivated, my weigh in is tomorrow so hoping for small ish but still good loss.
      My favourite part of the challenge are all the tasks that Julie-Ann sets for us and all the lovely blog comments I get to read.It keeps me so motivated and focused and ready to take on anything. Motivation Monday was my favourite day as so many people shared their life stories and they were great, many very emotional and people poured their hearts out and it was just so touching.
      I written my own short ish story, which was quite hard to do but I’m really glad I did it as it was good to get it off my chest and I feel like I can talk in this group about many things as we are just so supportive.

      I loved reading everyone’s emotional posts on Monday but my favourite was thought for Thursday. It made me think about why I am doing this and all the things I have left to achieve to be the role model I want to be to my girls.

      I have so much more that I want to do in my life and this is just the start.

      My favourite challenge was mondays, i so enjoyed reading all the stories from everyone, knowing that everyone has struggles and very different reasons for losing the weight, tears and laughs reading them on monday night i can tell ya…
      I love that everyone taking part in the challenge seems to be very motivated and everybody is taking part in the daily tasks,because the motivation is so high at the minute you WANT to be part of this challenge, (well i personally have never joined the others).. Great challenge, super duper weight loss so far,super team spirit, and of course super prizes too.. Well done everybody at New you and in the group who has helped motivate me..!! Have a lovely weekend everybody xx

      I love the motivation that the challenge gives you. Know that the goal is June 20th and we get to see how far we’ve come. It’s great to have a goal to work towards.
      My fave blog this week has to be the one where you told us why you were doing this. Reading everyone else’s reasons makes you open your eyes and see why you yourself is doing it as well.

      In whole I am loving the challenge, its making me stick to the diet more than I really think I would have as I have a goal, its out there and its not just me that can see it…

      If I have to pick a favourite challenge or task so far would be Thought for Thursday as I loved seeing what everyone wanted to be, have and do…. we all have different goals and dreams but when I had read through them and saw that all though there are a lot that have the same desires and wants as myself there are also lots of you out there that want something that I take for granted, such as my happy marriage and my two wonderful children….

      This made me even more grateful for them and the current life that I have, it also made me see that my weight is one of only a few things in life that I have yet to achieve and get in check…

      After having 1 evening and 1 day of blips, I was at my wits end? then realised i had not been on here as much and was not doing any of the challenges! I made a vow to my self last night that I would get on here and go over the weeks blogs and challenges,and to catch up with them. Monday was a very emotional one with life stories and I have not even read all of them yet? been sitting here thinking how to write mine,but nothing really significant comes to mind, but one day may-be I will be able to do it? I have also done some of the other challenges and rediscovered why I am doing this.to pick any one daily task is impossible for me as each helps for each different problem?so I thank you once again new you for helping me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel 🙂

      I have to say, motivational Monday has been my FAV so far every week! It’s reiterates WHY I’m doing this, and keeps it fresh in my mind, so I have a good week and stay on track.

      This week was an extra special week as I got chosen for a bundle, which I really appreciate, I can’t wait for the next weeks challenges, they really keep me dedicated, I don’t want this challenge to end! Xxx
